"Banishment certificates really are unlike any other sort of certificates.

It doesn't matter how many banishment certificates I see my father write, I'll never quite understand them." As his wispy voice speaks, his eyes sparkle- filling with silent tears, "They aren't at all like death certificates, which are written to confirm someone left the human world." His voice breaks, "I'd say that they're more similar to birth certificates, they're about someone joining a new world- though, they aren't happy. At least, not for most humans."

"But when I met Nora, I realised that, perhaps, some humans are thankful to leave their old world," Now, he sounded squeaky- he was unable to speak, suddenly turning silent like his tears as he glared back to the dry ground.
