Chapter 1A Calamity

The sun shines brightly upon a Bustling and prosperous city, bathing it in its glorious golden light, the people within are carrying out their usual daily activities, some with bright smiling face while some with a dark and tired expression.

Among these humans is a man in his late twenties with an expressionless face, he looked the exact definition of tired and frustrated but who give a fuck about what he looked like or what he's going through?

This man is Aaron Farley, an ex-physiotherapist currently walking the path of prosthetics, yet there is one thing that never changes, the jeering that he received from both colleagues, families and enemies as well but once again, he doesn't care anymore.

"What the hell is that…?" A woman suddenly gasped and following her gaze, most of the people began chattering and pointing fingers, naturally Aaron followed their lines of sights and managed to saw something… shocking.

"What the hell is happening to the sun…?" Aaron muttered as his heart rate sped.

Even THOUGH he is receiving the worst treatment from life, of course he is still not ready to die!

After all, he has a wife to go back to and a daughter to hug!

"The sun is getting smaller!"

"Is it nighttime?" A youth asked his friend.

"Are you high or what? Of course it's daytime and we are just about to go to school!"

"Then why the hell is the sky so dark?"

'What is this… an apocalypse or what?' Aaron silently began to form his own theories in the midst of the panicking people.

"Dammit Nina!" Aaron cursed and ran with all his might towards his parked car, without wasting time he start the engine and drove at top speed towards a certain school, a school where his daughter is!

Its difficult navigating through the crowd of panicking people, all he can do is horn and hope that they will get out of the way on their own because no way in hell is he decreasing his speed!

'Nina… Angelina please be safe!' Aaron made a silent prayer in his heart.

Swoosh!

The car drove at high speed through the city and while on the road, Aaron has noticed how everywhere is in full-blown chaos and some shameless degenerates are using this opportunity to rob!

"Dammit!" Aaron cursed as something even more shocking happened once again, the sun has completely disappeared!

There is some unforeseen, unholy and cold energy permeating the air at this moment, everyone could feel the dangerous sensation but no one is able to pin point neither the reason nor the origin.

He quickly switched on his headlights and continued driving.

The world is plunged into a blinding darkness, humanity all around the world are now fully panicking and there is no resemblance of something called Order at this point!

Some are running for their lives, some have decided to stay in one place while there are those that are running around with the goal of finding their families, just like Aaron.

To make matters worse, a strange fog has descended upon the human world and in these strange fogs were strange whispers, sad, terrifying, despair, hatred and even promises!

'How am I supposed to find her now?' Aaron's heart is filled with worried, pressing a foot on the brake pedal causing his speed to decrease, his mind working as hard as it could for a solution.

How can he navigate through this darkness and find his daughter? How can he drive the car with zero visibility?

'It would've been fine if it is just the sun… the car headlights would have been able to handle that but now there is this strange fog as well… do I really need to abandon the car?' Aaron is facing two choices right now:

One: He would abandon the car and set out on foot while using his torchlight, this is the safest choice as it guarantees he wouldn't suddenly plunge into the water bodies around this city due to the low visibility, of course this also the slowest method.

Two: He would continue on his car, even though this is the most dangerous, if he is lucky enough, he might not meet any accidents on the way and would be able to arrive on time.

He must decide between the two and he must do it fast as well, because time is of utmost importance right now!

I Can Copy And Evolve Talents

Across the vast convolution of worlds, divine beings rule as absolute sovereigns—each god assigned dominion over a singular realm. Skirmishes are inevitable, whether for power, amusement, or sheer pettiness. One such battle, between Nexus, the God of Trickery, and an aging, senile deity, resulted in an anomaly… A soul misplaced. Elliot, an ordinary man, was never meant for Ul’Tra-el. But fate, or perhaps a cosmic prank, had other plans. Unlike other worlds, Ul’Tra-el is an aberration—one that developed a voice. A voice that diverged from the natural order. A voice that changed everything. Its foundation cracked, leaking dimensions into one another. Rifts tore open like festering wounds, vomiting forth unspeakable horrors—monsters not meant to exist. But the world did not sit idly by. In response—perhaps an act of self-preservation—the world gifted its inhabitants power. Talents awakened, granting people extraordinary abilities. And for every rift sealed, the Voice of Ul rewarded them generously. Survival was simple: fight, grow stronger, and close the rifts… or die trying. In this ruthless, blood-soaked reality, Northern—a white-haired boy burdened by his past life—was reincarnated. But unlike the chosen heroes, he awakened as a talentless nobody. No power. No strength. No future. And when death loomed over him—when despair clawed at his soul and the cold grip of the failure threatened to take him— A Voice responded: [System Notice] [Your Soul cannot take a form.] [Searching for a Unique Pattern Ability…] [Searching…] [Search Found.] [A Unique System Ability has been detected.] [You Can Copy And Evolve Talents] ... Follow Northern through his journey as he becomes the pinnacle of this world. This a story about a white-haired boy’s rise from rubbles!! Note: This is an overpower genre but MC does not just start off like that. Even though MC can copy talents he doesn't just jump around copying talents because there's a limitation. However, his rise to strength is depicted and is an experience to enjoy. The first few hundreds would be frustrating to follow because MC is weak but that makes the experience all the more interesting when MC finally gets freaking strong and starts wiping the floor with everyones asses.
