Sacred Gears, also known as God's Artifacts, are items with powerful abilities bestowed upon Humans and Human hybrids by God of the Bible. 

The God of the Bible created the Sacred Gears to give strength and future possibilities to the Humans, that interacts amongst the supernatural beings and Gods and Buddhas.

Sacred Gears vary in appearance and abilities throughout human history, publicly divided between Longinus Sacred Gears and Common Sacred Gears.These gears vary in types and powers with the most powerful being Longinus.

'And I happen to possess on of the weakest Sacred Gears, Twice Critical.'I mentally cursed my luck.'Oh well there is no Changing my current situation…'

"Are you sure about your decision?"A calm voice drew me out of my monologue."Know that once you choose this path there is no turning back."

The owner of voice being bespectacled a young woman with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut, and violet eyes.Sona Sitri, the current heiress of House Sitri and also the Younger Sister of the Current Leviathan, Serafall Leviathan nee Sitri.

Also the women who saved me from dying at the hands of a stray exorcist and basically helped/caused me to remember my past memories.

'Not like I have much of a choice….'I tried to think of any other possible way but couldn't.'.I am a human, the weakest race out there and possess arguably one of the weakest gears for me.'

'May be if I gained my memories earlier or if I had a stronger Sacred Gear or Longinus, I could have pulled something….'

'I could try to run away but the fallen and the stray exorcist infesting the city may end up eliminating me off the get go.'I sighed at my current situation.'I don't even remember if Azazel is in the city or know whether he would care.Realistically speaking the only way I would survive is if by some miracle I have some kind of plot armour and I don't want to take chances…'

A reincarnated-Devil, a kind of devil that is formerly of another race that is reincarnated by a High Class Devil using Evil Pieces.Quite ironic someone reborn into a foreign world is going to be reincarnated.

And thus I gave up my humanity and entered the supernatural side of the world.

And as for him being a reincarnated Devil, that's being realistic.Someone who has no ties to the supernatural world, being a regular human, with a sacred gear like twice critical,that only doubles your strength, with no prior training, I simply can't see them accomplishing that much before getting absolutely wrecked.
