Our room is located on the first floor, it's decorated in purple and white. There's even some freshly plucked lavender in a vase on the dressing table. There's a large purple sofa, with white pillows, the queen sized bed in the center is white with purple pillows. The curtains are thick white ones, with purple lavender patterns scattered throughout the white curtain. I keep the suitcases near dressing table, the girls come in after me.
"It's lovely, the colours are beautiful" Ava says admiring the lavender purple walls and furniture.
"It's very calming and soothing", agrees Olivia.
I unpack a set of clothes and head straight for the shower. The bathroom comes stocked with shower cream and shampoo, there are two white bath towels and one purple towel. I select the purple towel since I'm a guy and to avoid mixing it up with the girls. I take off my clothes and step into the shower the water is cold at first then it gradually becomes warm. After I finish my shower, I brush my teeth and comb hair, I rub in a bit of leave on serum to keep tame the frizz. That's when I notice I've forgotten to take my clothes in with me.
I wrap the towel around my waist and step outside, the coast seems clear, the girls must have gone out. I take my clothes which I've left on the bed and turn around to head back into the bathroom when I see Ava come into the room. I freeze for a second, her eyes widen as she notices me in nothing but my towel.
"Sorry I left my key card in here I came up with Olivia's don't mind me she says quickly averting her eyes."
I note her face has turned slightly red and I can't help but tease her just a little.
"Don't get any ideas Miss Hartwell," I tell her.
"I wasn't getting any...., you moron."
She says shooting me her most annoyed glare.
I laugh at expression and her face softens as a smile creeps onto her face.
"You know, since no one is around why don't we?" She asks with a seductive expression taking over her pretty face.
Which makes me laugh even harder than before.
"Are you trying to seduce me into bed with you?"
I ask her jokingly.
"Maybe," she says playing along.
"It's a little too fast for you isn't it, since you just came out of relationship?" I remind her gently.
"Not really, you make a good distraction." She says this with sincerity in her eyes.
"I'll take that as a compliment, maybe someday we might go all the way if we get married."
I tell her seriously.
"Awww...you would want to marry me first? That's so sweet of you."
"Yeah, I better go change, Olivia must be waiting for you."
"Yes, I'm gone, bye," she says spinning on her heels and heading out the room door.
The door closes with a click and I can't help but slightly regret not taking the moment of privacy we just shared to kiss her. I guess I'm going to have to wait for another chance to come by to do so.
A few hours later the door opens and this time in walks Olivia then Ava both of them laughing and giggling like naughty school girls.
"What's so funny?"
"Lady joke, guys not invited in on it" says Olivia.
"We had dinner together," says Ava changing the subject.
"I just had mine, I ordered room service," I reply.
"Great, I guess it's lights soon for us then, unless you want to watch T.V."
"Nope, was just unwinding, I'm done." I say switching the television in our room off.
The girls each take a turn with the bathroom and change into pajamas.
"So I was thinking if you guys would like to come with me to meet Tristan Arnaud."
"Who?" I ask puzzled.
"My soon to be fiancé, goodness Jaxon keep up!" Olivia exclaims before turning the lights off and switching on a dim lamp on her side of the bed.
"Sorry, didn't quite catch the name. Sounds European though," I comment thoughtfully.
"He is French, and extremely wealthy, I'm actually worried because I'm so plain a part of me is hoping he might reject me on sight" says Olivia.
"Oh God, let's hope not if he does were stuck with you," I tell her jokingly. Ava throws a pillow at me which I catch and tuck under my head on the sofa.
We check out of Lavender Motel at nine o'clock in the morning and head to Holly's Coffee House for breakfast. I'm so hungry so I order a large chicken burger with fries. The girls order a chicken wrap each with salade on the side. We agree on three cups of mocha topped with cream and vanilla cream puffs. We take a seat at the corner of the coffee house and enjoy the morning Sunlight streaming in through the large glass windows that provide a view of the street.
"So when are we to meet this guy of yours?" I ask Olivia.
"Next week, maybe Tuesday for lunch." She replies staring out the window while eating her salad.
"That's coming soon, just give us the address and we'll be there also tell us what the dress code is l, so we're appropriately attired for the occasion," says Ava.
"Of course, I will." Olivia answers in return.
"This place really has the best burger I've ever tasted!" I tell them.
"Yeah the wraps are pretty good too, so is the coffee." Ava says, agreeing with my evaluation of the food served at this place.
"Service is good," I admit.
After an hour and a half we make our move, leaving the coffee house we get into the car and I drive us back to Ava's home.
