--------------------------------------------------------------------

After nearly two days of flying in space, the spacecraft continued to advance in a super-accelerated state, smoothly traversing the universe. The crew members maintained an orderly routine of alternating between training and rest. The spacecraft was equipped with an emergency communication system, so they didn't have to worry about major issues going unnoticed.

In the vastness of space, where time had no reference, the surroundings were always pitch black. The passage of time could only be gauged by the instruments onboard.

Raditz stepped out of the special room, wearing only a towel on his shoulder and his underwear. He admired his strong physique in the mirror, feeling satisfied with his progress. He then proceeded to the main cabin, where a massive transparent shield allowed a view of the outside.

Behind him, Gohan and Goku had just finished showering and joined Piccolo in the main cabin to take a break.

"Uncle Piccolo, let's have something to eat!" Gohan suggested.

"I don't need to eat to sustain my life," Piccolo replied.

"But I made it personally..." Gohan's face lit up with a hopeful smile.

Piccolo's expression suddenly softened, and he said, "Well... in that case, I'll have a little."

Gohan's face brightened even more, grateful for the chance to share a meal with Piccolo. It was clear that the two had developed a deep bond during their year of training together.

Raditz, facing them, smiled. Pairing Gohan with Piccolo had been a wise decision from the start. Despite Piccolo's typically brusque and unsociable nature, he had a unique connection with Gohan. Only Gohan could truly touch Piccolo's inner gentleness.

As the two formed a deep bond during their year of training, their relationship grew naturally.

"Big Brother, aren't you going to join us for a meal?" Goku called out with a mouthful of snacks.

"I'm not hungry, you guys..."

Before Raditz could finish his sentence, the spacecraft's alarm suddenly blared, interrupting his words.

The interior lighting turned red, and all activities came to an abrupt halt, including the gravity training room. Everyone rushed to the main cabin, panic evident on their faces.

Vegeta hurried to the pilot's seat, checking the meters, while the others surveyed the surroundings, finding no signs of danger.

"No malfunctions!"

"The spacecraft automatically avoids all kinds of debris in the universe, so there shouldn't be any impact."

"Could it be a sudden explosion?"

"No signs of that."

Instead of dissipating, the alarm grew louder and the red flashing intensified, as if signaling an imminent danger.

Raditz felt his body being pulled downwards, as if the spacecraft's engine had lost power. The gravity field around them distorted severely, resembling a massive whirlpool attempting to swallow the spacecraft.

"Look below!" Krillin shouted, pressing against the transparent shield. His gaze focused on the scene unfolding beneath them.

It was a peculiar planet, elliptical in shape and dark gold in appearance. Its dull hues emitted an eerie chill, and their spacecraft was being drawn towards it, as if being absorbed by the planet itself.

They followed the trajectory of their voyage, but according to their calculations, there shouldn't be a planet at this location. How could this happen out of nowhere?

"Everyone! Increase the propulsion to the maximum and get out of here. If we get pulled in, we might crash!" Raditz exclaimed, realizing the extreme danger they were facing if they succumbed to the planet's gravitational pull.

"Break through the atmosphere!"

Sparks flew as the spacecraft grazed the atmosphere, flames and vibrations accompanying their entry. The occupants felt a jarring impact, and a sense of unease gripped their hearts. Encountering such a situation in an unfamiliar universe was undeniably perilous. Raditz regretted not bringing Bulma along, as her technical expertise could have helped them overcome any issues. Now, they were in a highly disadvantageous position.

Vegeta pushed the engines to their maximum output, but they still couldn't completely counter the immense gravitational force. The two opposing forces were locked in a stalemate. It seemed as though a colossal hand, akin to an Optimus Prime, held their spacecraft, pulling it downwards. The ship fought against this gravitational force, struggling to ascend against the heavens.

The alarm continued to flash red and blare loudly, the sound cutting through the ship's hull.

"Right! There's an operations manual! Krillin, where did Bulma keep the manual?" Raditz recalled.

"It's... it's in the storage compartment on the console!" Krillin responded.

Raditz hurriedly made his way to the console, flipping through the manual. As he pressed buttons on the panel, a series of graphical data appeared on the screen. However, in his haste, Raditz's brow furrowed.

The atmosphere on this planet wasn't much different from Earth's, which meant that humanoid beings could potentially survive there. Curiously, the planet had extremely low water content, and metal reactions were pervasive, extending throughout the entire planet.

As they approached the planet, they were increasingly astonished. The ground had a metallic appearance, with towering buildings stretching into the heavens, mountains resembling metal structures, and cities adorned with steel frames. The entire planet seemed covered in an unknown shiny metal. How was this possible? Sweat trickled down Raditz's forehead.

"What's happening?"

"We need to leave this planet. It's entirely made of metal, and... it's inhabited!" Raditz informed the others, sending shivers down their spines.

The spacecraft was being drawn in by an intense gravitational force, as if the planet itself had a will to engulf the ship.

Terrifying thoughts flashed through their minds, leaving them shocked and filled with trepidation. The propulsion system, which had barely managed to resist, once again succumbed to the stronger attraction, pulling the spacecraft towards the metal planet.

Raditz made a decision and opened the hatch.

"I'm going out, Goku, come with me."

"What's the plan?"

"Our only option is to use our Ki Waves reaction force to push the spacecraft. The combined energy of the two of us should be sufficient."

"I see. Let's do it," Goku immediately understood Raditz's plan and nodded.

The two flew to the back of the spacecraft, clinging to its outer casing. They focused their energy, compressing it into a ball in their hands.

Both of them prepared to unleash their Ki Waves.

"Kamehameha!"

With a powerful shout, the two simultaneously launched their Ki Waves, their blue energy overwhelming the flames expelled by the spacecraft. The tremendous counter-thrust propelled them into the sky and, in turn, pushed the spacecraft forward.

The gravitational force of the metal planet proved weaker than the immense energy of their Kamehameha wave. The tremendous shockwave collided with the metal surface, resulting in a muffled impact and a resounding explosion. Smoke billowed in the aftermath, but the spacecraft successfully broke free from the planet's clutches!
