Story one

Because I thought the West direction was my fortunate direction, I put a pillow in that direction.

When I dropped my head and closed my eyes, I saw a boy sitting and watching me. Immediately I opened my eyes but I found no one there. I shut my eyes and saw him again. I hurriedly unlocked and looked up around my head, there was no there. 'What happened?' I thought; still I closed my eyes on purpose to sleep. Then the boy appeared but at this time I heard him saying to me, "If you open your eyes, you will see me."

I could feel my heart was jumping in my chest and it was stronger and stronger. I asked myself what I should do. Then I remembered that since I rented this house, I didn't see such a thing till I changed direction of sleep. If I changed to the old direction, I might not meet this kind of event. But how could I change it? I thought for a few seconds, then I decided to take a risk. With my eyes still closed, I moved the pillow I was sleeping on to the right. While I was doing it, I saw that boy was eyeing me; his facial expression was tense and looked scary. However I tried to encourage myself to move my pillow step by step till my head completely pointed in the South direction. Like a flash, the boy disappeared, but I still closed my eyes. I asked myself whether I should open eyes or not. After thinking for about ten seconds, I decided to unlock my optics.

Oh, thank god. I didn't see anyone.

I took a long breath, before I dropped my back on the mattress with my mind swore to not sleep in that direction anymore.
