''Haha run? You think he could escape after killing 7 of my attendants, you're dreaming.'' Liam laughed mockingly as he threw Rebecca heavily against the ground.
Without hesitation he snapped his whip towards Marcus. The air twisted around his hit as it flew towards Marcus.
However he looked confident. Marcus tapped the small ring on his finger and a pitch black sword appeared in his hand.
This was his Artifact, The Void Abyss Sword. He found it in the tomb of a Powerhouse, and it was originally a low Supernatural Artifact.
But with the decay of time it has dropped to its current Low Mortal rank. But with the souls of warriors it can slowly be repaired and it can even grow in the future!
The whip that Liam was so confident in was actually knocked back! And from that one hit, Liam panicked.
The pressure he felt from Marcus opposite him is no less than the SeaLife Organisations genius he had previously fought!
He was barely the opponent then, let alone now he just finished fighting rebecca.
What he didn't know was that even if Marcus lacked the herbs and the fruits that the geniuses get, he has been steadily improving his strength with points.
His own physical strength is almost double that of a normal High Rank 1 Warrior!
The match up was tough. And slowly Liam fell into a disadvantage.
Marcus cut to kill with every slice, his boosted agility and strength allowed him to keep up with the talented Liam.
Suddenly, Marcus underhandedly cut towards Liam's head. He hurriedly jumped back a few cut hairs falling in front of his face.
A deep fear penetrated his eyes.
''AHHH'' Suddenly he felt a piercing pain spread throughout his body. His eyes slowly turned down only to see Rebecca's sword pierced directly through his leg.
''You Bitch!'' He swung his whip down, blood splashed everywhere as Rebecca's back was torn to pieces.
However her injury wasn't for nothing, Marcus took this chance to leap forward and stab his sword towards Liams throat.
But less than ten inches away, an astute middle aged figure appeared in front of Liam. His two fingers lightly clamped the end of the blade.
''Seventh Uncle!'' Liam cried happily, before once again wincing in pain.
''You disappointed me this time Liam. You can't even take care of two rogue warriors.'' Liams Seventh Uncle looked down at Liams injury and sighed.
This was one of the pillars of Liams organisation. Although his seventh uncle is only a Low Rank 2 Warrior, he is only 30 this year!
Not as talented as Liam himself but he definitely has the potential to become a Third Rank Warrior.
He accompanied Liam this time as a guardian.
Originally he was watching the fight, not intending to get involved. This was a tempering chance for Liam and if he can't win, then why were they raising him with so many resources?
But he couldn't let him die.
When Liam heard his Seventh Uncle speak his face turned slightly pale. He isn't the only descendant that could potentially reach Rank 3 but he was one of the most talented in the organisation.
But now he could foresee his resources being split up among the others.
His face showed his rage and he couldn't help but swing his whip heavily against Rebeccas already tortured back eliciting a cry of pain.
''Alright that's enough Liam.'' His seventh uncle looked calmly at the scene.
''Lets deal with these two and leave. We caused too much noise here. ''
With that, the Seventh uncle picked up an iron sword dropped by an attendant and cut slightly towards Rebecca's head.
However things took another turn here.
Before the blade could touch Rebecca's neck, the seventh uncle hurriedly held the blade up to his head.
A shocking ring spread throughout the air suddenly in front of the Seventh Uncle a black robed figure with a golden mask appeared.
Faint white rings were travelling up and down the giant red spear that the figure held in it's hands.
The seventh uncle felt an incredible amount of pressure course through his body and he flew back coughing blood.
Quickly the robed figure took this chance, he grasped Rebecca by the scruff of her neck and flew out of there as quickly as possible.
''Stop!'' The Seventh Uncle quickly stood up and tried to chase. But out of nowhere another robed figure popped out and cut heavily with a sword at the Seventh uncle.
Having previously experienced the heavy attack, the Seventh Uncle didn't dare take another hit.
In order to reach Rank 2 at under thirty he hadn't practised any Warrior Skills himself. This is also why no matter how strong a Genius is they need time to grow regardless.
The Seventh Uncle quickly fought against the robed figure.
On the other hand, the robed figure holding Rebecca was running off and went down into an underground train station.
Liam watched as his Seventh Uncle struggled to compete against the mysterious man, and he slightly panicked. He didn't know where these people came from and he was injured.
However it seemed like the Masked man wasn't planning on staying, suddenly he hit his Seventh Uncle away and fled into the distance.
His Seventh Uncle wanted to chase, but before he could another Low Rank 2 Aura appeared in the distance.
So he picked up the still bleeding Liam and fled into the distance.
''First Sister!'' Marcus shouted in joy. He couldn't even protect his sister Rebecca, but now Abigail is here he is definitely safe!
''Marcus what happened here?'' Abigail's beautiful face showed a stern look as she listened to Marcus' story.
''What Rebecca was taken?'' She shouted with a stunned look.
''I'm sorry sister I couldn't protect her.'' Marcus spoke ashamedly.
''What did they look like? Any Organisation logo on their bodies?'' Abigail asked hurriedly. She needed to find her sister!
''The only thing I noticed was that the first man had a golden mask. Other than that there was nothing.'' Marcus hurriedly recounted what he remembered.
Unfortunately a Golden Mask isn't much to go off of. Many people in the city wear masks of varying colours to hide their identities. And many organisations have them as part of their uniform!
After learning the direction they went, Abigail hurriedly ran towards the train station, uncaring about Marcus who was still exhausted.
However when Abigail arrived at the underground train station she was stunned. It was completely empty!
