Walking towards Mike's desk, Susan then said, "Sir, you called for me?"

Hearing that, Mike then placed down the document he had in his hands as he then said, "Yes! I did and I'm sure you both know why i had called for both of you?"

He said sternly and hearing that, Katherine then said with a rather low voice, "I'm guessing it's because of the little argument Miss Susan and I had few hours ago."

Katherine said, she was truly a straight forward person. Didn't waste much time and just went straight to the point.

Nodding to Katherine's words, Mike said, "One of the rules here states that no employee is allowed to have any fight or argument with another employee or what so ever. if you have personal issues or issues that concerns the enterprise then solve it outside, not in my premises."

"What you both had done was against the rule had you had disturbed the peace of every employee in my company." Mike said and he didn't seem to be in his smiley expression as he looked firm and cold.

Seeing this new side of Mike was a little intriguing for Katherine. She had to say that he did have that spike of a Big shot CEO.

Just then Katherine said, "Sir I apologize for making a fuse even though I had just recently arrived. I hope you could spare me for today but I have to say that I'm not to cause for the fight that had occured."

"If anyone should be questioned then it should be Susan. Just because I have given you my opinion and idea just like the other employees, she blames me for you not choosing her idea and thus taking mine into consideration. Although it's a stupid reason to cause a fight with me, she still did." Katherine voiced out.

"And what cracks me more is the fact that she even accused me of trying to seduce you sir and thus she called me a slut. But sir what angers me the most is that she would think that you are involved with me in such a way and she doesn't even feel a slight Shame to be outspoken about it."

Katherine said as she gave Susan a slight devious smile and seeing that, Susan grunted her teeth in anger.

This woman! She was using all her words against her, Susan thought.

Hearing everything that Katherine had said almost made mike speechless but he didn't expect anything less from Susan.

He had always kept quiet when she abused her seniority and role here by Treating the new employees badly or saying bad about them when they did something that wasn't to her liking.

He had just minded himself and try to make things less complicated but she had crossed the line.

Slut? seriously! Who was she to call Katherine a slut. The fact that she tried to claim that she bad Katherine had something involved wasn't what angered him.

What angered him was the fact that she dared to call Katherine a slut. if Katherine was truly a slut then she won't be working to make a living for herself and that if her kids because she was a beautiful and smart woman.

He was sure that she would have gotten all the rich and handsome men if Graceland wrapped around her finger and her couldn't deny that he himself won't be seduced by her.

Staring at Susan with eyes that didn't seem like they liked her presence, Mike said, "Slut? what type of lawd word is that. How could you say such thing about your fellow employee. yes you are the head of a department but that doesn't give you the right to speak badly about you fellow employee."

"I've always kept quiet in every bad thing you have done yo ruin the peace in my company but this just crosses the line. I had given you this job and had you work with me for five good years because you are one of my trusted people but enough is enough." Mike said.

"Get yourself ready because you are leaving in the next few minutes. I don't want employees like you working for me anymore, leave this instant." Mike voiced out and upon hearing that, Susan pleaded.

"Sir I'm sorry, I know what I did was wrong but please forgive me. Please give me another chance, you know very well that u need this job. You can't do this to me Mike, you cant." Susan pleaded but Mike turned a deaf hear to her pleas.

She then turned to Katherine as she took hold of Katherine's hand, saying, "Please Katherine, please tell him not to take this job from me... please." She said and hearing that, Katherine's face just remained as straight as they were before.

But she then said, "Please sir, I know what I'm about to say is a little out of line but i suggest that you reconsider your decision."

"Huh?" Mike voiced out a little confused by her words.

Hearing that, Katherine then said, "I know that what she did was wrong but we can't both turn a blind eye to her talent. Although she had a bad attitude she still knows how to keep the company in check and she is also trust wordy."

Hearing that, Mike took sometime to think and he had to say that Katherine was right. Although Susan had bad temper, she was good at her job and did everything well.

"Ok Katherine! I understand you but she still has to be punished for what she had done."

He said and upon hearing that, Katherine said, "Sir since I was the one who was insulted and hurt by her, I hope that you could at least give me to right to punish her myself."
