Chapter 1Prologue:The Tree of life

The rain drummed a relentless rhythm against the window, a dull percussion that mirrored the void within Isaac. He sat at the edge of the academy dormitory bed, staring blankly at the room's barren walls. A desk, a wardrobe, and a bed—bare necessities for a life that felt just as empty.

His mind wandered back to the orphanage, where love was a foreign concept, and survival was the only currency. Every interaction there felt transactional, every kind word coated with unspoken terms. In this world, Isaac had learned one lesson early: attachment bred pain, and he wanted none of it.

Isaac wasn't like the others who filled the Awakener Academy halls with chatter and laughter, fueled by dreams of power and glory. For as long as he could remember, he'd moved through life with a cold detachment. Love, ambition, even fear—those were emotions for other people. For him, the world had always been gray.

Yet here he was, at the Awakener Academy, not out of ambition or desire but because it was what the world demanded. Everyone sought power in Aretz, a land where dungeons erupted from the earth like tumors, spilling creatures that preyed on the unawakened. Power meant survival, and survival was non-negotiable.

The academy had accepted him because he met the minimum requirements. He wasn't the fastest, strongest, or smartest candidate. He simply existed—a blank slate with enough potential to pass the threshold test. For most, awakening meant discovering their innermost passions, unlocking abilities tied to their deepest desires. Warrior for the fiercely driven, Caster for those seeking clarity, Assassin for the daring and many more with wide range of abilities. But Isaac? He had no such drive. No flame burned in his soul, no spark lit his path.

"Why am I here?" he muttered, the words disappearing into the empty room. No one answered, as always.

He ran a hand through his disheveled hair, staring at the academy crest stitched onto his uniform. The design depicted seven concentric circles, each layered with intricate patterns symbolizing the Seven Heavens of mystic tradition. Every circle represented a class, a distinct path tied to a student's abilities. The Top 1% gravitated to the Highest Heaven, Araboth, where might and brawn reigned supreme. The Skilled and experience student found their place in the Sixth Heaven, Makon, where light and wisdom thrived.

Isaac had no idea where he belonged. He suspected the academy didn't either.

The first sign had come that morning, just before his formal initiation. He had awakened—not to the fiery determination or the cool serenity that marked others—but to something alien.

It had happened in the solitude of this room, with no witnesses and no warning.

---

The memory returned with startling clarity, the echoes of that moment still fresh in his mind.

Isaac had been sitting just as he was now, staring at nothing in particular, when a piercing light engulfed his vision. He flinched, his instincts screaming to shield his eyes, but his body refused to move.

Then came the voice, calm yet authoritative, resonating deep within his skull.

[Da'at System initializing...]

"Da'at?" he muttered, his voice hoarse. He didn't recognized the term from the academy's teachings.

The light receded, revealing a floating interface shimmering in the air before him. The words glowed in a soft gold:

[Da'at System Online]

Unite all singularities To Become The Strongest.

---

Isaac blinked, half-convinced he was hallucinating. Every awakener developed abilities linked to their inner nature, but the process was subconscious, an organic reflection of their desires. Power don't speak. They didn't project messages.

"...What is this?" he asked, though no one was there to answer.

The interface flickered again.

---

[Unique Skill: Mirror Multiverse Acquired]

Condition fulfilled: No defined emotional drive.

[Objective: Survive the coming apocalypse.]

---

Apocalypse. The word hung in the air like a curse.

Isaac stared at the display, his apathetic facade cracking for the first time. There was no thrill, no rush of power. Only confusion—and a faint sense of unease.

The system's presence lingered, its interface hovering in his peripheral vision even as he stood. He reached out experimentally, his fingers passing through the projection. It was intangible, yet it felt undeniably real.

The voice returned, as steady as before.

[The Da'at System is a path to unity. You are tasked with uniting all the singularities, restoring from it fractured state, and preparing for the end. Success is survival. Failure is annihilation.]

---

Isaac paced the small room, trying to make sense of it all. Most awakeners unlocked abilities tied to their emotions: Warrior filled with ambition and glory, Caster drawn from serenity and seek of knowledge, Assassin by Hiding from the other to gain an oppurtunity. But Isaac had nothing to offer—no passion, no dreams, no drive.

"Is that why I got this...thing?" he muttered.

It made a cruel sort of sense. The system had called it a "condition." Perhaps his lack of emotional depth had triggered something different, something outside the norm. While others awakened to abilities that reflected their desires, he had been handed a system with an inscrutable agenda.

The interface flickered again.

---

[System Tutorial Available]

Would you like to proceed?

[Yes] [No]

---

He hesitated. This was no ordinary awakening. While others were guided by their instructors and peers, Isaac was utterly alone with this anomaly. No one else had mentioned a "Da'at System." No one had spoken of an apocalypse.

With a sigh, he selected [Yes].

The room dimmed, the rain outside muffling as the system's presence consumed his focus. Images flashed before him—endless possibilities branching like fractals. Worlds layered upon worlds, mirrors reflecting infinity.

---

[Unique Skill: Mirror Multiverse]

Description: The ability to perceive, interact with, and acquired skill from alternate realities through a gacha-style allowing access to alternate versions of yourself across parallel realities. Each roll corresponds to an ability derived from one of the Sefirot on the Kabbalah Tree. Each action creates ripples across dimensions. Harness the power of possibility to reshape the present.

---

Isaac's head swam as the system bombarded him with information. Alternate realities. Singularities. Fractures in existence. It spoke of things far beyond the scope of the academy, concepts he barely understood. And yet, beneath the confusion, a faint ember stirred—a flicker of curiosity.

Was this his purpose? Was this what he'd been searching for all along?

The system's voice interrupted his thoughts.

[Prepare for the apocalypse]

Isaac's jaw tightened. For the first time in years, he felt something stir within him—not hope, not fear, but resolve. If this system had chosen him, he would see it through.

Even if it killed him.

Primordial Villain with a Slave Harem

Quinlan, a simple office worker finds himself transmigrated to an extremely dangerous fantasy land as a level 1 Commoner with nothing to his name but his wits - and a unique gift that accompanied his teleportation. No one in Thalorind could have predicted that this unassuming arrival would one day rise to the top, redefining the very meaning of the term 'power'... And that he may have achieved said result by joining a criminal organization and clawing his way through its ranks. In the beginning, Quinlan was painfully weak and alone but thanks to his severe trust issues, joining a team was... hard. However, he soon noticed that a lot of people have collars around their necks in this world... People that couldn't exactly betray him. Follow Quinlan's journey as he grows in strength, amasses wealth, fights to the death, and meets lovely ladies. ... Discord: https://discord.gg/bjunEkswQ3 ... After writing over 750 chapters, here’s what you should know: 1. About the beginning: The early chapters are a bit rough. I'm not saying that it's horrible, in fact, I believe the story to be very enjoyable right from chapter 1. But, at the end of the day, this is my first original novel, and I stumbled in some areas, especially with the MC's attitude. He's too reserved and occasionally too "simpy" with the first female lead. However, the MC grows into a confident, powerful, and composed figure. No long-term cringe. He becomes the kind of MC you want to root for. 2. Quinlan’s morality: He’s not a cruel, sadistic villain. Most of the time, he won't even be acting like a real villain, only when pushed to the limit. Meaning he won't torture puppies or civilians for fun while cackling manically. However, he’s greedy, shameless, and opportunistic. If the lives of his loved ones are at stake and he can only save them by burning a city with innocents inside down, he’ll do it. He's ruthless toward strangers when necessary, but doesn't delight in cruelty. 3. Regarding slaves: Yes, Quinlan becomes a slave master. However, he treats all his women—free or enslaved—with care and respect. 4. More than smut: Every love interest has a real story, a real presence. No girl will be left behind. As of Chapter 750, Quinlan has 7 lovers and a few more "in-development" love interests. This is not a "catch them all" story, adding one girl every 20 chapters. I prefer harems made up of girls with richly developed characters over giant harems full of shallow ladies. Quality over Quantity. 5. Balanced storytelling: My aim was to create a work where romance, action, and slice-of-life blend together naturally. There’s high-stakes action, power progression, romantic developments, comedy, and some chill downtime to let both the characters and the readers breathe. 6. Weak-to-Strong Progression: Quinlan will become OP. But he rises slowly, not overnight. His journey will hopefully feel earned. 7. Not every female character listed in the fandom is a love interest: Some women are important to the plot but are not part of the harem or a planned to be, such as his two mothers. 8. No Yuri. No NTR. That's it, thank you for taking your chance on my novel! I'll make a promise to you, showing how much I believe you'll love the novel if you get over the somewhat bumpy beginning! If you read 750 chapters and hate the story even after investing so much time into it, then you may burn me alive!
