Prologue

Sena has watched the Demon God corrupt and destroy her world of Perfelnile since she was a child. For as long as she can remember, she has dreamed of stopping that. And a prophecy existed, one that talked about heroes who would defeat the Demon God and bring peace to the Perfeline.

Sena is the only known member, and she plans on finding the rest of the heroic party before it is too late.

Master Milrela, now that I have finished training with you, I am ready to return to Capital City.

Milrela was an old saint, one of the most powerful sorcerors on the continent, and Sena's teacher.

You are still not a true saint. You can use light and heal decently, but I agree. If you want to improve more, you need to go into the world, my cute, innocent girl, said Milrela with a grin.

Master, I'm already stronger than most people. You don't need to worry about me anymore.

Of course, you are, but there is something more about saints that you don't know, Sena.

What do you mean? Sena was confused by this. She had learned the art of saintliness for her whole life, and she was certain that she knew everything.

Come with me.

Two beautiful women, one older and one younger, walked through an old hidden basement that Sena had never seen before. It was full of magic traps, enough to stop the army from getting what they wanted.

As she followed her teacher, Sena watched the dark and empty basement in confusion. After a while, they arrived in front of the empty altar.

Milrela took out a knife and said.

Sena, go and spill your blood on that altar.

To Sena, her teacher was, along with her parents, the most important and by far the most influential person in her life. She could not doubt her; she took a knife and approached a grey stone altar.

She cut her arm and watched as her blood slowly started touching the stone that absorbed it.

After a while, it started to change. It shone brightly in an element of light bathing in magic, and the stone slowly turned white.

Sena watched in amazement as light from the stone created something in front of her eyes. It was a book, and it created a book.

Take it, Sena said Milrela. Sena took it, the altar returned to normal grey stone, and the light disappeared.

That is your grimoire, Sena. It contains a way to reach true magic and even something more than that.

Sena held it in excitement as she couldn't believe she held something people only spoke of in legends.

But after opening it, it was empty, confused. Sena looked at her teacher.

Don't worry; the grimoire is always empty since you are still inexperienced. However, you will be surprised by its miracles when you use it one day.

After saying goodbye to her teacher, Sena took a carriage to the Capital of the Oktalor Kingdom, Luidrel.

Princess Sena was fourteen when she went to learn magic with her teacher. Four years later, she is returning as a mage and saintess candidate and the first member of a hero party.

King Autricie and Queen Niva Hondrel came fast to hug their daughter after not seeing her for a long time. They visited her but could only stay for a short time as Milrela was strict.

Oh, my dear daughter, I'm so proud of you said Autricie.

You will be a fantastic saintess and queen one day, anded Niva.

I'm not worthy of your words, mother, father.

Said Senna with a blush on her face.

Oh, look at you growing up so fast. You are now the most beautiful woman in Perfelnile, and it will be hard to turn down all the suitors who come.
