Classroom of The Elite!

I am someone who was always in the spotlight. Both gifted in academics and athletics, I was basked in countless admiration from my peers, friends, relatives, and family.

At first, I enjoyed the feeling of being acknowledged by other people. The sense of appreciation and happiness that threatened to burst out your chest, it was something I always looked forward to.

However, I never expected this life to suddenly change.

I began to grow disgusted whenever people approached me. Thinking that they have any ulterior motives, I would try to shoo them indirectly. The smiles that lingered on their faces looked like smirks of victory in my mind.

I think… I have come to learn of other people's dark side. The world that I was completely unaware of, showed itself to me. The Matsushita Chiaki that was envied and respected by others, slowly faded away into the shadows.

I slowly distanced myself from the others, wore heavy clothes to hide my features. I tried to isolate myself from them. And it actually worked.

I felt relieved but also disappointed. There must be a part in my heart that wished for someone to offer their hand to me. However, reality always betrays your expectation. I was shown with that personally.

Quietly studying for high school entrance exams, I stayed as an invisible entity in my home, place, and surroundings.

Now that I am here, in the new school, where no one knew my past. I felt like I could finally recreate my life. Yes, the life of Matsushita Chiaki that is normal in every aspect.

The dark side of the world that shattered my naivety, I want to avoid it. Living like a normal high school student, I will do my best.
