"Okay, let's take a break"

Me, Namjoon and Yoongi were sitting on the floor and drinking bottle of water as we were discussing little things about our trip to L.A and the comeback and all.

"I'm just saying, but I'm really nervous." I scratched the back of my neck "Even though it's not the dirt time we do this, I still feel nervous and we're in the states guys."

"Don't worry. I'm sure we are gonna lit this." Yoongi smiled at me and Namjoon

"I was really surprised to see Ariana here. It was a great surprise." Namjoon causally said as he briefly looked where Ariana and the rest of the members were "I forgot to ask, but are you feeling better now Ruby?"

"Yes I am." I answered "I just had a minor attack back there. I couldn't catch my breath anymore and you know the rest." I said a little bit red of embarrassment

"I felt bad for you back there. You seemed to struggle a lot." Yoongi chuckled and took another piece of the 'healthy' snacks we took from the buffet over there.

"I think we should head back or else Sung Deuk Hyung is gonna get mad." Yoongi said as he pronounced our choreographer's name informally.

"I hope nobody heard it." I lightly chuckled and also stood up, following Yoongi and Namjoon in the center of the rehearsal room.

"Can we go back to practicing now?" Sung Deuk looked at us and nodded

He gave us advices to make our choreographies better and also gave us instructions on how to be less nervous and not make our muscles tenses.

We practiced for the whole day and finished around 6pm. We waited for our rides and were driven back at the hotel. Sejin told us we were free to do whatever we wanted, but he advised us not to sleep too late, because we had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. We will have to wake up a bit early but we'll have time for ourselves the rest of the day.

When we arrived at the hotel, I was so fucked up that I didn't have time to wait for the others and I just went directly into my room and yeeted my bag on the floor and threw myself on the bed.

"Fuuuuuuckkkkkk!" I screamed in my pillow, reliving all my frustration and tire in it. "Aish." I sighed and lied on my back

I stayed like that for 10 minutes and decided to go take a shower, because I was feeling dirty and needed to remove all the sweat from today. I wanted to feel clean and smell good.

I took off my shoes, my jacket, my pants, my shirt and panties, put them into the basket and headed in the hot shower. I rubbed my strawberry scented soap all over my body and washed my hair with some vanilla scented shampoo. After a little while, I got out the shower and dried myself.

I was trying to search some clothes to wear for the night and since it was a little bit hot, I didn't want to sleep with something heavy.

I found some comfortable shorts and an oversized tee. I didn't wear any bra, because that shit is uncomfortable as hell and I wanted to feel free. I wore some socks and put some cream on my legs, my arms and put some face cream on my face. I let my hair dry with the air and ruffled them a little bit before brushing them.

While I was doing my little routine, I heard my phone ringing on the bed. I checked the caller's ID

Jaehyunie 💍

My heart bumped into my chest and I felt a stingy and painful sensation traveling my heart.

I even forgot to change his name on my phone...

I hesitated to take the phone call, to answer it...to hear his voice again. I don't-

Jaehyunie 💍 is calling...

"Hello...?" I softly said

"You answered." He said, surprise in his voice

"Well..." I hesitated "What did you call me for?"

"I-...Y/n where are you?" He asked "I went to your place, but you weren't opening the door so I suggested you were not there..." he lowly said, almost like a whisper

"Jaehyunie— I mean Jaehyun-ah," I cleared my throat "You cannot just call me like that."

"I miss you." His voice broke "I- I fucking miss you, please come back and I promise you we'll talk."

"Jaehyun..." I said, my throat feeling tight, almost like I was about to cry "I'm in L.A now."

"Okay. When are you coming back?" He asked

"In two weeks, but Jae—"

"No Y/n. Just, if you don't want to talk to me, okay. But I have to talk to you so please listen to me when you come back, huh?" He pleaded with his soft and sweet voice

"Arasseo." I nodded even though he couldn't see me "We should hang up now...?"

"Oh, yeah. Sorry. Bye." The phone call ended

I didn't want to cry. I didn't want to remember. I didn't want to feel this annoying pain in my chest and I didn't want to admit what I had to admit.

"You're not gonna cry." I cleared my throat "You're gonna go downstairs, get some food at the hotel's restaurant, come back up here and act like he never called you." I told myself as I opened my eyes wide to not let any tears have the chance to roll down my cheeks.

I wore my Gucci sandals, wore a jacket and took my wallet. I locked the hotel's door behind me and headed towards the hotel's restaurant.

The smell was great and since I was hungry, I thought I should please myself only today and I'll keep going with the diet tomorrow.

As I arrived at the restaurant, I directly walked to the reception and asked for a meat with some fried rice and a for the drink I asked some white wine, because why not.

"Okay, thank your for the order." She smiled at me "You can pay the bill, when your order arrives at your room." She smiled again and gave me a copy of the bill

"80$ just to eat some meat and rice with a bottle of whine." I cursed in Korean "with 10'000₩ I eat more than meat and rice, I even have side dishes." I complained while thinking about the past me struggling to get food, while I'm here now almost paying 100$ to eat some fucking meat and rice and drink white wine.

"Aigoo." I loudly yawned as I made my way up to my room "Fuck I'm so tired." I rubbed my eyes with my fists.

"You curse a lot don't you?"

"Oh, Koo." I smiled "Were you also ordering food?"

"No, I was at the gym with Taehyung, Yoongi and Namjoon hyung." He said as I checked him out noticing the little towel wrapped around his neck

"Ah Nice." I smiled "I just ordered some food and was about to go chill on my bed." I explained

"I'm also hungry, not gonna lie." He smiled like a little baby and giggled

"Order some food then." I chuckled

"Yeah I think I will or I might die." He smiled at me

We arrived on the 14th floor and walked silently toward our room.

"See you later Kook." I vaguely waved at him and closed the door behind me as I made my way towards the bed and lied down on it, waiting for the food to arrive

*knock knock*

"Delivery for Miss Y/n?"

I almost tripped on my feet on my way to the door, cause I tried to run. I opened the door with a small smile and greeted the man In front of me.

"Thank you very much for bringing it here." I smiled and handed the money "Here. Have a good evening sir." I took the food with a smile on my face and turned around to put the tray on the table next to the tv.

As I was about to close the door, a foot blocked my action. "Can I come in?"

"Ah, yeah. I was about to eat though?" I said

"No problem, I ordered food." He showed me a bag written In and Out

"Let's eat then." I smiled as he entered my hotel room and closed the door behind him

We got comfortable on the floor and put our food on it. "Do you want some cushions?" I handed him one and he took to put it under his butt to sit more comfortably

"What did you order?" He asked with an excited smile on his face

"Meat and fried rice." I said "and white wine!" I took it out and put it on the floor

"Hmm, fancy." He smirked "I ordered some fried chicken, a burger, fries and chicken nuggets and lotta sauces." He smiled showing me every and each things and he got and put it on the floor

"Do you want to share?" I smirked

"Only because it's you." He chuckled "here." He gave a bit of chicken nuggets, fried chicken and cut the half of his burger and gave it to me.

"Oh thank you." I said, surprised of the amount of his food he gave me "Here. Take some of mine too." I cut the half of my meat and gave to him and half of the portion of the rice I got on my plate.

"Thank you baby." He took a bite of the rice I put in his plate "It's good!"

I also took a bite of the piece of burger he gave me and it was really fucking tasty. "I like it." I happily chewed on my food and continued eating silently

"You look cute today." He suddenly said as he almost chocked on his food

"Thank you JK." I smiled "You too." I returned the compliment and continued eating everything on my plate

We finished eating and put everything in a plastic bag and then in the trashcan.

"My belly is full." Jungkook threw himself on the bed as he made himself bounce on it "You're bed is fluffier than mine. I just noticed." He laughed

"Dummy." I giggled and also threw myself on the bed "The food was so good." I said as I rubbed my belly

"Hmmm." He hummed and encircled my waist with his strong arm, put his leg over my laps and his head on my chest. "I want to snuggle."

"Huh?" I asked even though I heard very well what he said

"Cuddle." He looked at me with his doe eyes "please."

"Okay..." I shyly smiled and pulled him closer to me "You're comfortable."

"You're comfortable too." He put his face in the crook of my neck and lightly kissed it as he held me tighter

"What are you doing?" I giggled as I leaned my head back

"I'm relaxing you." He said. I could feel his breath against my neck as he gave me little kisses and caressed my waist.

"You're making me nervous." I chuckled "stop."

"Ruby?"

"Hmmm?"

"Can I kiss you...?"
