lost in the forest

I've always been by my grandmother side after all she was the one who raised me .in my family we are all witches and each witch has a special gift besides magic, my grandmother's gift is being able to cure people without needing healing spells of course learning spells it all ways comes in handy, my gift is to see the future yet am still new with my visions of the future since I barely discover that tha was my gift was to see the future, right now am lost in the forests. my grandma asked me to run some errands for her but I lost my way and I don't remember how to get home and it's really creepy outside here ,my grandma would get worried if I don't go home as fast as possible but I really don't remember how to get home!
