Luck and Magic (1)

"A clown that looked like a zombie, a biker gang and a thief that tried to steal Kraken's eggs. Is it just me or are bad guys popping up every day since you got that watch?" Gwen asked Ben as he tied up a clown named Zombozo as 8LR8.

"...." Ben didn't reply.

"Grandpa. How long do we still have to travel before we arrive at Phil's office?" Gwen asked.

"Not much. We will probably reach there in about six days." Max said.

"Do you want to stop at New Orleans Witchcraft Museum? After all, we are travelling nonstop for about two days already. I heard from the local newspaper that they are displaying new items." Max said to Gwen and Ben.

"Really," Gwen said with enthusiasm. She was so excited as she was even clapping her hands.

"We have only travelled for around 16 hours if we exclude our sleep time and the time we stop for meals, We can visit wherever you want to visit after we get the null-void projector from Grandpa Max's friend," Ben said as he transformed back to his Human form as the police take the Clowns away.

He tried to be secretive about his identity at first but after realizing that Gwen and Max are always near him when he fights crime he decided that it was futile and decided that he should not have to try hard to hide his identity at all.

"We still need to rest. But you are too good for fun after you got that Omnitrix. Aren't you doofus? Imagine if you can stay as an alien forever. You might be using 8LR8 to go around the world and fight crimes forever until you die lonely at an old age." Gwen said to Ben in a sarcastic tone.

"Well now. Don't fight. After all, we still have a long vacation day ahead of us. So what do you want to do Ben? How about we take at least a day off? After all, Gwen seems to be interested in this museum." Max said.

"...well I guess. Since we are near the museum in the first place we can at least rest for today," Ben said as he thought about a break that would not hurt.

He also believes that Gwen and Grandpa Max deserves a day off because of getting dragged around by his selfish need for the null-void projector.

"Then we will be going to the witchcraft museum first," Max said.

"You are not honest about your feelings. Aren't you?" Gwen said as she smiled at Ben.

Just like always she seemed to be able to tell what Ben was thinking just by looking at his face.

"..." and Ben still not replying to her like usual.

In space, on a spaceship that was partially destroyed.

A man who is in silver armour that covered his body from head to toe, a gold crab-like alien and a mysterious ninja-like being in purple armour were looking at a yellowish monitor that displays Vilgax.

Vilgax is an alien have a squid-like face with Red eyes. He seems to be very tall and muscular as his body that possesses green skin has veins all over him. His body seems to be covered by what appeared to be red armour with black parts attached to it.

"You know what you must do. Retrieve the Omnitrix." Vilgax said as the monitor that displayed Vilgax's face turned to reveal the appearance of the Omnitrix.

"And the one that can bring it to me will receive the reward," Vilgax said as the three bounty hunters walked away as they travel towards Earth.
