Ember lives a normal life with her cheap uncle. Ember maybe very pretty, but sine she is smaet and canread people in town think she is quite strange. However since she is so beautiful a big handful of mean ask dor her hand in marriage, but she refuses them all. Her uncle has finaliy had enough od her refusalls and forces her to marry the most arrogant, but rich, man in town. She absolutely refuses, but her uncle gives her no other choice. She runs away into the dark woods after being locked in a room at the tavern. Little does she know, her life will change dramticly!
