9 Strange Roomate

I opened the door only to be met with a girl who looked younger than me. She had silver eyes and shoulder length hair.

She looked at me for a moment the continued to read the comic book she was reading.

I went inside the room and sat down on the bed opposite to hers.

"Excuse me but I thought this room was for a single person only?" I asked trying to be nice.

"Well you were wrong. I was also assigned here." she said softly.

I gave up and started to arrange my things into my new place. There was a shelf that was beside my bed that could store stuff like books and a lamp on top of and one in the middle of both beds which meant we had to share one place to put our clothes.

I opened the shelf to see half of the space occupied with clothes and the other half empty. I put my clothes in the latter and close it back. After a few more minutes of arranging I was finally done.

I lay on my bed and closed my eyes trying to sleep. But I couldn't.

"Is it okay if I turn the lights off?" I asked.

"Sure."

I got out of the bed and turned the light switch off.

"Night."

"Night."

And then the darkness took over me.

I woke up early in the morning because I was hungry. As in as early as 5 am.

I went to the fridge and there I saw milk and a box of cereal. I hesitated for a moment but then my stomach roared like a lion telling me to snatch it and feed the food to yours truly.

And so I did.

As I was eating I continued reading a romance book about a girl falling inlove with a ceo blah blah. It was an overused plot but the author did a good job with the book.

I changed into a shirt and some shorts to go outside and jog for a bit. I'll be honest with you, jogging at like 6 in the morning wouldn't be a very common thing well it is maybe but, As I opened the door and put on my running shoes I saw no one insight. The dorm was not connected to the school and it was also not far away from the school. There is a little park just a few blocks away so lots of people could probably walk and stuff. But no one was onsight.

Except for a guy walking his dog and an old woman carrying bread I couldn't see anyone else.

"Huh.. weird" I mumbled.

I continued walking to the park and the journey there was so peaceful and quiet I could take my time since school still didn't start.

Shops of different kind and lamp posts could be seen. While I was rich and all ,I really had no time to jog in areas like this before. So I savored the moment.

I arrived at the part after a couple of jogs and road crossing. It had benches and trees and a fountain in the middle. I looked around, the coast was clear.

I grabbed a coin from my pocket and threw it to the fountain making a wish. Call me childish and all but I don't really get to throw coins and make a wish that much. When Im in parties thay have fountains but there were no coins allowed in them.

I made a wish and roamed around the area I passed by some tress and bushes and it leads to a place that was like a cliff. there was a bench and a table and some street lamps too.

It also showed an amazing view of the place. I stayed there for a couple of minutes admiring the sunrise then I fell asleep.

I drowsily opened my eyes and saw the hot sun glaring at me. Then I looked to my wrist and realized, I didn't bring a watch!

"*insert s word*!" I cursed.

I quickly ran back to the dorm. I opened the door panting.

"What... what time is it???" I asked the girl.

" 7:15." she answered

I quickly went inside the bathroom and showered then changed into the uniform. My stomach decided to tell me that it needed food again so I quickly grabbed bread and sliced it. Speedily I put the slice of bread in the toaster. Then I put on my white socks and black shoes brushed my hair facing the mirror. I couldn't tie my hair cause it was still wet.

Then I brushed my teeth and drank water. The toast jumped up and I caught it. Spreading butter and to school I go!! ~ ○•°●○°●○••°○

or not.

In the middle of the road I suddenly remembered that there was a thing called "backpack" and that I forgot it.

"Shoot"

ahhhhhh I was supposed to be a cool female protagonist who is a descendant Mary Sue...

How could this happen?

I went back to the dorm to see my roomie holding up my bag.

"Thank you" I breathed in and out and took it running back to the school.

And of I go.

Now, for those of you who think I could do all those things in 15 minutes. I would hug you and say I wished. But to those of you who knew, yes I am currently outside the gate panting as I tried to get in.

"Im telling you it wasn't my fault I fell asleep." I tried to argue.

"Sadly, I can't do anything about that miss. Your are already late for a whole hour your attendance is already put as "absent"."

"But-"

I was cut off when someone put their hand on my shoulder.

"- she's with me." a voice said.

I looked up and saw my teacher from before talking to the guard. Trying to get me in.

In the end the guard gave in and let me in together with the teacher who's name I didn't get.

"You are late, again but atleast you still got in." he said.

I went infront of him and bowed.

"Thank you for helping me get in school teacher...?"

"No need to be so formal although, I am your teacher... nevermind that and the name's Jason. Students call me Jay for short."

Jason was a really... casual teacher . He was young so I guess he gets along well with students.

"So can I call you Jason?" I asked suddenly.

He was walking casually then looked to me.

"Sure."

We arrived at my classroom and I waved him a goodbye he waved back and told me to go to the faculty after the morning classes were over. I nodded and went inside my classroom.
