The Eastern Eagle
This story is based over the Chinese Literature: Romance of the Three Kingdoms. There are many variations of it, but the most popular one is written by Luo Guanzhong, written in the 14th Century.
It was the Year 184, the Han Dynasty is within its final years. Corruption and greed plagues the Imperial court, creating poverty, famine and chaos throughout the lands. Because of it, Zhang Liao, a teacher, a man of wisdom, has called the people to rise up against their oppressors and start a revolution, the idea has become so popular for many commoners, it spreaded like wildfire and started the Yellow Turban Rebellion, one of the most, if not the biggest peasant uprising in history.
The rebellion became great that the emperor's imperial army could not stop the rebellion and decreed many warlords to gather their soldiers and squash the revolt. Among many of those who joined the fight, are men who's names are one day are to be written onto the history books. Men that one day will forever change the destiny of China and the lives of many for generations to come. But that is not what is the most of importance. For something big, something great is sitting on the horizon, watching in silence, as the events unfold.
Among the west, another great empire watches, an Empire that is destined to last for thousands of years. This empire, is known as "Daqin" or known by many as the "Roman Empire." A powerful empire, who's lands has expanded greatly through many years of wars, conquests and bloodshed. An empire, that made other empires fall.
The rebellion is about to unfold, China is about to enter one of it's most defining moments in history, how can the great eagle of the west affect and rewrite history?
