"Ivy, you said you wanted to protect me, who else is she doing it with?" Rinzler insisted, a single sweat dripping on his forehead.
"By it, what do you mean?" Ivy asked, looking around as a deer caught on the headlights. It was the only thing she would think of asking she could see that she had already messed up. Rinzler didn't know about Marina sleeping around with others, how was she going to get herself out of it?
Rinzler seized the opportunity when she saw Ivy was absentminded, he rushed out of the lift, took the stairs two by two, and only stopped when he found Clave outside Marina's office. Clave hasn't left since Marina gave him some work to do.
Ivy caught up with Rinzler, she placed her hands on her knees, inhaled, and exhaled rapidly. After catching her breath, she tapped Rinzler, "for someone I have thought weak, I was wrong, boy, you can fly."
