Age Of Heros Gilgamesh in Fairy Tail

'Death comes to everyone. Some sooner than others which happens to be my case.' I thought to myself as I hover above earth watching my own funeral happen below me.

"Well young Jacob you've seen your funeral it is now time for you to move on." Said the ROB standing next to me.

" Thank you for granting me this frquest I know it was rather selfish off me and a waste of your time."

"No thanks nessicary young man. You sacrificed yourself so that your team could make it out of that fire fight alive. That's earned you more than enough respect from me due to the valor you showed in the face of death."

"I see what will happen to me now?"

"Now is the time for your next great adventure. With what you have shown you are capable of in a world without magic, I want to see what you are capable of in a world with magic. You can pick any fictional world you want, to be reincarnated into and you also get three wishes Alonso side it. The wishes don't include what you will look like or the time you will be in, you can design your new body and pick the time."

"I see..." I said as I stopped to think about where I wanted to go and what abilities I would need to survive.

"I want to go to the world of Fairy Tail. 600ish years before cannon."

"I understand wanting to go to Fairy Tail but why that far before cannon?"

"Irene Belserion was one of my wiafu's growing up and I want the chance to save her from her fate."

"I get that but why so far back you could go back around 400 years before cannon to the destruction of Dragnof and save her then right?"

"Yes however I would need the power to save her and the clout that would make Rung too scared to try and retaliate."

"Even in Fairy Tail the average mage can only live up to 150 years so you wouldn't live long enough to save her or see the collapse of Dragnof."

"That brings me onto my first wish and body design. I wish to look like Gilgamesh from the Age of Hero's, I also want all of his abilities, skills and treasures in the Gate of Babylon."

"Good loophole as technically those all fall under one wish as you are basically wishing to become someone without their memories."

"My second wish is that I want a system attached to the Gate of Babylon that can create anything as long as I have the mana for it. From items to magic books I also want the ability to create new forms of magic and teach them to others."

"That is 2 wishes the ability to create something perminant from mana and the ability to create and teach magic."

"That's fine with me. As Gilgamesh is 3/4 God I should live until I'm killed and with his huge mana reserves I should be able to create stuff from the get go. So overall I can make an impact to the Fairy Tail world hopefully without affecting Canon too much."

"Don't worry about affecting Cannon. The will of the world will start making corrections to ensure that certain events will happen."

"Wait does that mean that the will of the world will try to undo everything I do?"

"No you see certain events are called Nexus events. You can intervene on them and nothing will happen but they are called Nexus events as the events will happen just the outcome of them can be changed. For example Acnologia will attack Tenroe Island regardless of what you do. If you change the future so that he doesn't become a villain something else will attack the island. However if you intervene and stop Mavis activating Fairy Sphere or somehow get them out of it sooner the world's will will allow it to happen."

"I see so certain events can't be stopped from happening but I can change the outcome of the events without repercussion?"

"Yes"

"Okay that's good for me can you put me somewhere is the mountains just outside the borderlines or the Dragnof kingdom."

"That I will good luck in your future endeavors young man. When you eventually pass away again if your life has been impressive enough I'll see you again."

"Ha you can count on it I'll see you later."

That was the last thing I said before my world went white and I woke up in the mountains.

'okay fist things first let's hollow out this mountain and create a fortress for me to live in.' I thought to myself as I started looking for a place that is accessible for normal people, for me to start work.

After an hour searching I found a place facing the border of the Dragnof kingdom that would be accessible to the road and started to hollow out the mountain.

3 days later I had the bare bones of a 6 story home 3 levels above ground and 3 levels below ground level. 'hmmm now I need to lay down the flooring and make some perminant lights as I reached into my GoB and used it to create some planks of birch wood for the 3 floors above ground, for the top 2 floors below ground I used Crimson Hyphae that I had made from my memories of Minecraft and for the bottom floor I used Warped Hyphae also from mine craft for the ceiling, walls and stairs I used polished black stone. And for lighting I used simple lighting Lacrima but I had them thinned out and elongated to run along the edges of each ceiling as well as tiny ones that look like stars put on the ceiling to give the appearance of the night sky, the lacrima's were movement sensitive but sensed heartbeats to stay on. Then I started crating things I needed to live. on the top level I had 6 bedrooms each with their own en suites. On the second level was basically a library with I had alchemy tools, potion equipment, blacksmithing tools... Basically everything needed to make things. On the ground level I had an open place for people to come and visit with chairs and sofas all over the place On the first sublevel I created a kitchen, bathroom and dining area. On the second sublevel was an expanded basement that could be used for combat training.

On the bottom sub level was a forest like area that was virtually infinite which can be used for survival training, growing plants, raising animals... Basically anything needed to survive with a reactive ceiling which would alternate between night and day.

After completing my home I went upstairs and went to sleep eager to sleep in a bed for the first time since arriving in this world.
