Normal school life

At school, Ray and Xie yi were in their P.E class. The class was running laps around the track and Xie yi was struggling to keep up with the rest of the class. Ray, on the other hand, was easily keeping pace with the rest of the class, his athletic build and training from his S.O.N duties making the task easy for him.

As they were running, Xie yi was panting and sweating profusely, while Ray was still looking fresh and focused. "Come on Xie yi, you can do it!" Ray shouted, encouraging her to keep going. Xie yi gave him a determined look and pushed herself harder, determined to not fall behind.

After the class, they were both sitting on the grass catching their breath. "That was intense," Xie yi said, still trying to catch her breath. "You did great, though," Ray replied with a smile. "I'm just glad it's over," Xie yi said with a chuckle.

Just then, Fatima and Don approached them. "Hey guys, how was the running?" Fatima asked with a grin.

"A pain in my butt is what it is . If i had to choose i rather be swimming," Xie yi said, still trying to catch her breath.

"Yeah, it was intense, but at least they didn't make us sprint," Ray added.

"Well, I have some good news to cheer you up," Don said. "We're having a party at my place this weekend, and we want you guys to come."

"That sounds great!" Fatima said excitedly.

"Count me in," Xie yi said with a smile.

"Me too," Ray added.

They chatted for a bit more about the party plans before Fatima and Don had to head to their next class. Ray and Xie yi said their goodbyes and made plans to meet up later. As they walked to their next class, they were both still feeling the effects of the running, but the excitement for the party helped to take their minds off of it.

After P.E class, their next class was history, the teacher was discussing about the history of their country. Xie yi was taking down notes while Ray was daydreaming. He couldn't shake off the thought of the Jihui and the Kunti from his mind.

As the day went on, they had lunch together with their friends, Fatima and some other classmates. They were talking and laughing, discussing about the upcoming school festival and what they were going to wear.

As the group sat at their lunch table, Fatima turned to Ray with a excited gleam in her eyes. "Hey Ray, have you thought about joining the cosplay competition at the school festival? I was thinking we could do a group cosplay."

Ray looked at her in disbelief. "Me? Cosplay? I don't know, Fatima, I've never really been into that kind of thing."

But Fatima was persistent. "Come on, Ray. It'll be fun! And you have to admit, you'd make a great cosplayer with your athletic build and good looks."

The rest of the group chimed in, agreeing with Fatima and encouraging Ray to participate. Eventually, Ray resigned to his fate and agreed to join the competition. "Okay, fine. I'll do it. But only if we can come up with a cool group cosplay idea."

Fatima's face lit up with excitement. "Yes! This is going to be so much fun, we'll make a great team!"

The group spent the rest of lunch discussing ideas for their cosplay and making plans for the upcoming school festival.

After school, Ray sat at Desert cafe, sipping on a cup of hot chocolate as Fatima scribbled down ideas for their upcoming cosplay competition. "I think we should go as Jasmine and Aladdin," Fatima said excitedly, looking up at Ray with a bright smile.

Ray raised an eyebrow in surprise. "Really? You want to go as Jasmine?"

Fatima nodded eagerly. "Yeah! I think it would be so much fun, and we could do some really cool stunts and poses with the magic carpet. Plus, I already have the perfect costume in mind."

Ray couldn't help but chuckle at Fatima's enthusiasm. He had to admit, the idea of dressing up as Aladdin and going on stage with Fatima did sound like a lot of fun. "Okay, okay. I'm in. Let's do it."

Fatima grinned and clapped her hands together. "Yes! This is going to be so amazing, I can feel it."

After that , Fatima couldn't help but bring up the strange occurrences in her neighborhood. "Have you noticed that the strange noises in my neighborhood have stopped?" she asked, looking at Ray with a curious expression.

Ray nodded thoughtfully. "Yeah, I have. I think it might be the police officers checking the area out after all the complaints. It's good that things have finally calmed down."

But deep down, Ray knew that this was just the beginning. The S.O.N had been keeping an eye on the area, and he knew that there were more souls out there that needed to be sealed. He couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that had been lingering in the back of his mind.

"Well, I should get going," Ray said, finishing his coffee and standing up. "I've got some work to do at the Raffles office building."

Fatima nodded understandingly. "Dont work to hard, Ray," she said, giving him a worrying smile.

Ray gave her a small smile in return before turning and heading towards the S.O.N building. As he walked, he couldn't help but think about all the souls that were still out there, waiting to be sealed. He knew that the fight was far from over, but he also knew that he was ready for whatever came next.
