A New Start : Quick Transmigration

Reva knows she would die. After all, the way that truck hit her, there is no chance of her survival. She doesn't have any regret or complain, she has always been a smart and mature child, isn't it?

Now standing at the edge of death she understood that life is nothing, but the consequences of our choices. There is no use in blaming others. If we at all want to blame anyone, we can put all the blame on ourselves for not being smart enough to understand life. And talking about expectations, she just hopes at least someone would shade tears for her. Is she expecting too much?

Slowly she is losing her consciousness. Even amidst chaos, she is still calm, although she is facing death, there is no rippling fear in her heart.

Jailer Rai got the news of Reva's death. He couldn't help but wanted to cry his heart out. This girl suffered so much. Though, he met her three years ago, when he saw her for the first time in the jail, he didn't know why, but before reading her records he felt she was innocent. She was like his daughter to him.

After studying her case for an hour, he realized that she was a victim, who wrongly got accused in a false case. Talking about Reva's past is too heartbreaking, she was an orphan, she worked hard from her childhood to survive. After completing her education with good grades, she got a job in a big company, though she started her career from a very low-level job, but with her hard work and smartness, she was promoted to a higher post in just a few years. But who knew that was a curse in disguise.

At that time the company was in a big trouble. The boss of Reva's company attempted suicide, and Reva, who was his personal assistant was found guilty for his attempt to suicide. But Mr. Rai knew this girl didn't do anything. She was not among those people, who would take advantage of anyone. That time he badly wanted to help Reva, but he didn't know how, and even Reva refused. He didn't understand why she was suffering for the crime which she didn't even do.

Reva's soul which drifted from her body suddenly sees Mr. Rai and his wife crying for her. Seeing this she smiled widely.

"Why are you still smiling? Don't you feel sad?" Reva gets interrupted in her thoughts, due to the irritating voice she heard before her last breath.

"Whatever is meant to happen will happen, and who says you can't smile after death, and to be honest there was nothing left for me there," says her soul says, while remembering all the things of the past. She didn't have parents, the person she loved died a long ago, and then she even lost her job.

It's not like she didn't want her life, it's just while she was crossing the road, she saw a little girl who fainted on the road. And she saw the truck heading towards the little girl at full speed. Reva moved quickly with no second thought and pushed the little girl out of the way of the truck, but unfortunately, she became the victim of that fatal accident.

After her death, she sees people beating the truck driver, she also realized that the truck driver is drunk. She didn't feel much about her death. She understood that life was not going to be easy for her after coming out of jail. She imagined a lot of scenarios but never thought that she will die in just an hour, after coming out of jail.

Poor Reva! Huh!

Now Reva is ready to get vanish from this world forever, but even after two or three minutes she didn't get vanish. So, she looks towards the annoying voice, which was in the form of a cute ball, but to be more honest it looks like a light bulb with eyes and mouth.

"Umm excuse me, Mr. Sparky, wouldn't I get vanish?" asks her soul ask, trying to sound as polite as she could be.

"No Miss. Reva and I am not Mr. Sparky"

"Then who are you?", Reva asked curiously.

"Sorry, for now, I can't give you the answer to this question"

"Then, why am I still in this state, or this is the state where humans get after their death?", Reva again questioned with her unending curiosity.

"Silly girl! you ask too many questions, but because you are not acting dramatic after your death, I will answer this question. Even though you already died you are still not going to vanish, it is just...." the little light bulb takes a dramatic pause.

"what?" Reva queried again.

"It is just... Um! you are going to live in parallel worlds, where you have to do some tasks to live"

"Which type of task?" Reva questioned, getting anxious. She wants to live. If possible, a peaceful life. She didn't forget that man, but she understood that they are not meant to be each other. Anyways, she has done her best she can do for him, and now the pain of his death is somehow reduced, after all the show must go on. But, it doesn't mean she is going to do something bad or unethical, after getting a second chance for her life.

"Don't worry! I am good energy, so you don't have to think much, you don't need to do anything against your ethics, it just you need to do work, after all, there is no free lunch in this world"

"Hmmm...So it is like those system stories, right?"

"Let me check what you are talking about?" Mr. Sparky vanished for a minute, and then returned back again.

"Kinda, but remember you will not get many cheats, and you have to work hard, also after completing the task you can choose to live however you want, and if possible, you might get the chance to get back in your time in this life"

Reva after listening to this sentence gets goose-bumps, if what this Mr. Sparky saying is true, then she can meet him, maybe she would be able to save him too.

"Why do you care about him even after there are so more chances that he might don't love you.", asked Mr. sparky.

"I am doing this because I am the one who loved him once, for me seeing him alive and happy is all that matters, loving him is something which I choose, it is my own choice, but I can't force him to love me. After all love is not something which you can plan in advance, right?" asks Reva with a smile, but it is quite difficult to decide what she is feeling behind this smile.

"I don't understand humans" Mr. Sparky replied rolling his eyes.

"One day, I hope you will understand" Reva replied with a smile.

"Okay, so now when are we going to start our new journey", Reva again questioned, seeing Mr. Sparky not replying. She is also somewhat excited about her new start.

"Very soon" Mr. Spark replied with a mischievous voice. Before she could ask anything, she again got stuck in the darkness.
