You complete me

The black girl slowly parted her eyelids as the white man, her husband pulled his lips back from hers. What an assuring kiss, she smiled the moment she set her eyes on her husband.

Kenny returned the gesture and framed her face with his hands. "Are you ready? Are you still feeling unwell?"

Mona shook her head, laughing. "I'm ready," she nodded. So, he fell his hands to hers and claimed them before bringing her to her feet.

He went to fetch her heels and now knelt before her to wear her shoe. Mona played along and slipped her feet in one after the other.

"Ahh, my wife will be the spotlight and I know how much you like the spotlight," he breathed out as he paced to his feet.

Mona could reply only by smiling and shaking like a two-year-old child.

"Here," he handed her small shoulder bag to her. "My phone, your make-up, and money are checked."

"Super," she answered. And then, his cell phone rang.
