Looking at her picture, di ko mapigilang mapangiti at madala sa mga pantasya na naiisip ko. Pero nawala din ng tuluyan ang aking ngiti ng dumapo ang tingin ko sa kasama nya sa litrato na 'to.
"You deserve better, you know?" Dahan-dahan kong pinunit ang litrato para maihiwalay ko sya sa lalaki na 'to.
"There you go with your obsession with her again. Kelan mo na ba kasi gagawin ang plano?" He asked as i was still ripping the picture apart.
"Be patient, alam mo namang hindi pa kumpleto plano ko para dito diba? So just shut the hell up."
"Ah yeah sure, di lang talaga ako makapaghintay eh. I kept thinking if they would take your side on this gamble." Aniya.
Nang matapos ko ang ginagawa ko, nilukot ko ang litrato ng lalaking kinamumuhian ko at itinapon sa kung saan. Kumuha ako ng gunting para ayusin ang litrato ng babaeng minamahal ko.
Habang naggugupit ay tinanong ko sya. "Ikaw? Saan ka ba pupusta?"
Napa-isip pa sya. Pero kahit magpanggap pa sya ng ganyan, alam ko na kung anong iniisip nya. "Maybe i'll try putting my bet on you failing this."
I smirked at his confidence, how can he be so sure about me failing this perfect plan of mine?
"You'll regret that." I told him.
He just gave me his signature annoying smile. "We'll see about that."
I swear he'll really regret that he's underestimating me. At alam kong hindi ako papalpak sa plano ko-- i'll do everything i can to bring Ruben Chevalier down to his feet and make him give up on my precious Jade.
