Yzranth did not like the climbing wall at all. As they waited in line, he saw people falling off of it into a pit of soft, squishy blocks below. If Hannah fell, he was going to have to let her do it or it would look weird to the other humans. The very thought stressed him out.
She had so much fun with it though despite falling. It seemed that the blocks were there to prevent human injury.
Hannah wanted to try everything until she wore herself out and they headed back to his apartment to do cake and presents. She looked back and forth between him and the cake curiously for a moment.
"Did you make this?"
"Yes. I've been practicing. It'll taste fine even if I couldn't get the frosting on evenly."
She laughed and patted his arm. "No judgment here. I can't get frosting on evenly either…not that I bake all that often. I usually buy my own birthday cakes so it's nice having one made for me. Thanks, Ezra."
