As the matter stood, Chu Li inhaled and exhaled before he sat on the cattail hassock.

"Close your eyes," Master's Junior Hua instructed.

Chu Li closed his eyes.

Master's Junior Hua retrieved a shiny black stone that looked like a mini inkstone that had a hint of strange brilliance.

He held onto the stone, then shut his eyes slowly.

On the other hand, the others stared at him without blinking.

Apart from Chu Li, the rest had experienced this before. They knew that they would end up in a dreamland where they would remember their deepest memories. By the time they awakened, the stage that reflected their conscience was completed. It was just like a dream, but they would never remember what was asked.

Eventually, the black stone shone so brightly that a black and shiny light spread out to wrap around them. They began to dream and they were slowly led to their deepest, most memorable memory.
