When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a world where birds sang and flowers bloomed—a place that exuded a serene, otherworldly beauty.

"Is this... a fairyland?" Reiki wondered aloud, looking around as a blue-haired little girl poked him with a small stick.

"Little sister?" Reiki asked curiously. The aura here was strong, but he couldn't tell if it was natural energy—this was his first time in an Immortal Land.

"Little sister? You dare call me that?" The girl puffed up, her porcelain-like face filled with pride. "I'm 729 years old!"

"729 years?!" Reiki's mouth twitched. Was she serious? But as he assessed her, he sensed an immense energy emanating from her, one that made him pause.

"Are you here for the trial?" the girl asked. "I'm the examiner of the first level. You need to demonstrate space manipulation to advance. Like this." She raised her hand, and a massive boulder the size of a house materialized in her grip as if it were a toy.

"Do you have space abilities?" she challenged.

"I think so," Reiki responded, channeling the power of his surgical jutsu. He moved a distant boulder into his hand effortlessly.

The girl's eyes widened. "Alright, you passed the first test. Now, the second test—still under my watch. Show your control and offensive capabilities with space manipulation."

With a wave of her hand, the boulder she held turned into perfectly shaped squares and stacked themselves neatly.

"Like this?" Reiki activated his Slaughterhouse technique, transforming the boulder into neat stones.

"W-what? How do you know everything?" She scowled, puffing her cheeks. "Fine, Level Three: defeat me!"

Reiki nodded, disappearing from sight. The little girl, now known as Chodori, looked around, momentarily confused. She had never encountered an opponent who could disappear so quickly.

"Snap!" Without warning, Chodori reappeared and slapped Reiki on the rear, startling him. How had she found him so easily, especially when he was using his stealth techniques?

"Hmph, Chodori is strong!" she declared proudly. Reiki realized she hadn't located him by searching; instead, she manipulated time to return him to the moment before he disappeared. The revelation was both awe-inspiring and unnerving.

"So, time manipulation?" Reiki thought, the magnitude of her power dawning on him. This was not just any trial—this was a battle against an opponent with abilities that defied reality.

"Boom!" Chodori materialized a massive sword and swung it. Reiki barely dodged as the ground beneath him split, leaving a deep chasm.

"This is... insane," Reiki muttered. If all trials were like this, success seemed impossible. He drew Murasame, infused with his surgical powers, ready to face her with everything he had. He felt the adrenaline coursing through him, a rare thrill since coming to this world. It was time to fight like never before.

"Ding!" Reiki activated his surgical jutsu and pulled Chodori toward him. She reacted instantly, blocking his strike with her sword.

"Impressive! You can use your abilities in combat!" Chodori exclaimed with excitement. "If you can survive for half an hour, you'll pass. Let's begin!"

Chodori's weapon glistened as she swung, employing her time and space abilities seamlessly. Reiki found himself on the defensive, narrowly avoiding each strike. Worse, Chodori had an odd quirk—she seemed to delight in spanking him mid-battle. Each slap embarrassed and frustrated him; inside, he was still a man in his twenties, after all.

"Ding!" Reiki activated his spatial shift, avoiding her hand. But Chodori didn't relent. If not for his strategic teleportations, he would have been pinned down by now.

On a distant cliff, two figures appeared, observing the intense battle.

"Are you really going to let Chodori play around like this?" asked a green-haired girl.

The pink-haired girl smirked. "Why not? She usually gets disciplined during training. Let her have some fun this time. Besides, the adults are aware. We're just here to watch."

"Fine, as long as she doesn't go too far," the green-haired girl said, crossing her arms.

Back on the battlefield, Reiki, spanked for the fifth time, noticed a pattern in Chodori's attacks. He swung Murasame, anticipating her next move, only for it to clash against her arm—now covered in gleaming green scales.

"She can harden her body too?" Reiki marveled, realizing that Murasame couldn't even scratch her defense. This fairyland was proving to be more formidable than he had ever imagined.
