The End of World...

The Neo Marines and Whitebeard Pirates were not the only ones whose attention was drawn to Dave's bold actions. The balance of power in the seas was shifting rapidly, and every major pirate crew felt the ripple effects of Marineford's destruction and Sengoku's death.

The Beast Pirates

Kaido of the Beasts, the self-proclaimed "Strongest Creature in the World," had been intrigued by the events at Marineford. While lounging in Wano, drinking heavily, Kaido smashed a barrel of sake in frustration.

"Whitebeard siding with the Neo Marines? Pathetic!" Kaido roared, his voice shaking the walls of Onigashima. "But this Dave… he's interesting. A man who claims he can destroy the Celestial Dragons?"

King, his first commander, adjusted his mask and addressed his captain. "If they succeed, it could disrupt the entire balance of power. Aligning with them might secure our position."

Kaido sneered. "Fine! Let's hear what they have to offer. But if they don't amuse me, I'll kill them myself!"

The Big Mom Pirates

On Whole Cake Island, Charlotte Linlin—Big Mom—was thrilled by the chaos.

"Mama-mama-mama! A new player in the game! And he's causing such a delightful stir," she giggled, stuffing a slice of wedding cake into her mouth.

Katakuri, her most capable son, stood stoically by her side. "If the Neo Marines and Whitebeard are serious, it would be foolish not to listen. But you know Dave won't bow to you."

Big Mom's eyes gleamed with a mix of hunger and curiosity. "Then we'll see if this 'Dave' is worth allying with. Send a delegation. If his offer is sweet enough, I might just join his little war."

The Red-Haired Pirates

Red-Haired Shanks was far more measured in his reaction. Seated on the deck of his ship, drinking sake with his crew, he listened to the reports with quiet contemplation.

"Whitebeard joining the Neo Marines… that's unexpected," Shanks murmured, swirling his drink. "But Dave's war is reckless. He's trying to dismantle a system that has kept the world spinning, for better or worse."

Ben Beckman lit a cigarette and leaned against the mast. "Are you saying we shouldn't get involved?"

Shanks nodded slowly. "We'll stay neutral. I respect his ambition, but we have our own way of maintaining balance. The world doesn't need us tipping the scales further."

Though just as Dave is amassing the army, the World Government too, and they decided to call other Four Emperor to join them, giving them a offer they couldn't refuse.

The Cipher Pol agent's arrival at Onigashima was marked by an air of nervous tension. The fortress of the Beast Pirates loomed ominously, its skull-shaped façade casting a long shadow over the seas. Inside the cavernous hall, Kaido sat on his colossal throne, his immense frame radiating raw power. The air was thick with the scent of sake and the faint tang of blood from a recent skirmish between his subordinates. His piercing golden eyes narrowed as the agent was dragged before him by one of his monstrous subordinates.

The agent, clad in the immaculate black suit emblematic of Cipher Pol, attempted to compose himself despite the crushing weight of Kaido's presence. He knelt, his forehead nearly touching the ground, as beads of sweat dripped from his temple. Kaido's imposing figure loomed over him, his massive kanabo resting lazily against his shoulder, yet even at rest, it felt as if the weapon itself radiated a sense of impending doom.

The agent cleared his throat and began, his voice wavering despite his best efforts to sound confident. "Kaido-sama, the World Government recognizes your unparalleled strength and influence. We understand the importance of Wano to your operations, and we come with a proposition—"

Kaido leaned forward, the movement causing the ground beneath the agent to tremble slightly. His lips twisted into a cruel grin, revealing sharp, beast-like teeth. "A proposition? From the same fools who hide behind their little walls and send weaklings like you to speak for them?"

The agent swallowed hard but pressed on. "The Neo Marines and Whitebeard Pirates threaten the balance of the world. If they succeed, it could spell chaos for everyone, including you, Kaido-sama. The World Government humbly requests your assistance in this matter. Help us crush the Neo Marines, and we will ensure Wano remains untouched—your control here will be absolute, without interference."

Kaido's laughter erupted like thunder, shaking the hall and making the agent flinch. It was a guttural, mocking sound that reverberated off the walls. He rose to his full height, towering over everyone in the room, his kanabo now gripped firmly in his hand.

"You think I need your protection?!" Kaido roared, his voice so powerful it felt like a physical force. He stepped forward, each step causing the ground to quake. The agent instinctively recoiled, his confidence crumbling under the weight of Kaido's sheer presence. "Wano is mine! Not because of some agreement with your pathetic government, but because I took it! And if I join this war, it'll be for my own reasons, not because some spineless bureaucrats begged me to."

Kaido raised his kanabo and swung it downward with terrifying speed and precision. The agent barely had time to leap out of the way before the weapon smashed into the ground, creating a massive crater and sending shockwaves rippling through the hall. The force of the impact sent the agent sprawling, his pristine suit now covered in dust and debris.

Kaido sneered at the trembling man, his eyes gleaming with disdain. "Get out of my sight. Tell your masters that Kaido doesn't take orders. If I feel like it, I'll join this little war—but it'll be on my terms. Now, get lost before I decide to squash you like the bug you are."

The agent scrambled to his feet, bowing repeatedly as he backed away. "Th-thank you for your time, Kaido-sama," he stammered before bolting toward the exit. Kaido watched him go, a cruel grin still etched on his face.

As the agent disappeared from view, King, standing silently to the side, stepped forward. "You let him live. That's rare," he remarked, his tone carefully neutral.

Kaido let out a rumbling chuckle and took another swig from his sake jug. "Because this war could be fun, King. If I kill every messenger, I might miss the chance to play." He turned back to his throne, his grin widening as he imagined the chaos to come.
