A whole year!

"A whole year!" Ugh I tossed my head back, ticked off the more I thought about it. Fuck a whole year had passed since my "grounding". The fathers of mines threaten to send me to no where if I was to cause more trouble, but the jerk never mentioned for how long. A year!

Ugh!

Closing my eyes and groaning as the carriage hit another bump in the road. Even more upset that I was born in a damn world with no freaking cars.

"Please miss, you mustn't get even more upset. Were almost there." Wendy, my maid said in distress. Bless her and her dislussion heart. I wish I could reach out and strangle her but knew I didn't have the heart to do so.

Cringing as her eyes shone of exactly that.

The girl was a fool. Taking a deep breath and looking out the carriage window, I decided not to dwell on my own misery.

But still… on the tip of my tongue were the rebuttles that it was going to take two fucking day to arrive at the capital.

Making me miss the era of engines!

"You know miss you can read the book I brought with us" I spared her a glance informing her that I wasn't going to do that. Seeing her sigh and awkwardly smile at me.

Sighing, I huffed. No point in getting upset with her.

Wendy, about the same age as me, with a head full of orangish brown hair and a bubbly disposition. And she had a uncanny regard of alway found something not to my liking to do.

The book she was angling for me to me read was about moderm ettiquettes. Given, I hadn't been showing her the most lady like behavior since shes been by my side.

I mean why the heck should I? Feeling another rage episode coming on as I thought about it.

A whole year…

Calm down…it wasn't like it was a big deal now looking back at all the time I had to adjust myself to this world.

If I really wanted to look at things in a technical stand point of view, it was really two years since I was dumped into this world or novel.

Well… the guy with the beard said I had another chance at life. Only to end up in new body, new world, and even newer situation since I had taken the deal.

All the pleading I had done had gone to shit.

Apprently they couldn't rewind time to fix their own damn mistake. But instead offered me what they called a even better deal.

Unimaginable riches.

Renown beauty, not that I was ugly in my past life but it was nothing compare to how I looked now.

Into a world of magic and fantasy.

Who the hell would have passed up the opportunity if the heavens said it that way, right!

Wrong!
