Chapter 4 - You’re Telling Me That This Is a Young Wizard Who Hasn’t Even Started School Yet?

"Kael, can you use magic like that too?" Hermione asked.

Harry Potter didn't respond. Instead, he turned his gaze to Kael, sensing a faint aura around him—like the presence of a powerful figure from a crime film. Kael was clearly not an ordinary person.

"A Mending Charm," Kael began, "is a very simple spell that most young wizards can perform. The challenge, however, lies in doing it without a wand or using silent casting."

He shrugged, as if this were a trivial matter. For him, it was. His Mending Charm was already at level 8. He could cast it wandlessly!

Hermione pouted in disbelief. She'd read that wandless magic was something only the most powerful wizards could master. This little wizard must be bragging.

"Oh, look, Goyle, did you hear that?" A voice sneered. "A wizard who hasn't even started school is claiming he has mastered wandless magic?"

Before Hermione could respond, the compartment door swung open. A blond boy with a pale, sharp-featured face entered, flanked by two bulky followers. Draco Malfoy had arrived—just like in a scene straight out of a book.

Kael suddenly felt a sense of déjà vu, like witnessing a familiar plot unfold.

"Look at everyone in this compartment, three Mudbloods!"

"And one who isn't even worthy of being called a Mudblood, a Weasley!"

Draco's gaze swept over the group, finally landing on Harry. "Harry Potter, the boy-who-lived. You should know that befriending the right people could be beneficial."

Then, turning to Kael with disdain, he added, "Wandless magic? That's an advanced technique even my father hasn't mastered."

The Malfoy family was a staunch supporter of the pure-blood doctrine.

Draco knew every pure-blood wizard of his age, even those in France, and none of them were named Kael.

Harry, Hermione, and Ron all turned to Kael, hoping he would put Malfoy in his place.

The roofs of the compartments suddenly flew off, shooting into the sky like fireworks. The autumn sun streamed down, accompanied by the chill of the wind. The old lady stood there, completely bewildered.
