Chapter 106 Do You Feel Sad When I'm Injured?

By the time I got back to the Moon Crest Pack and my house, it was already very late at night.

I took a quick shower and just wanted to go to bed as soon as possible. Acting gentle and lovey-dovey in front of Theo seemed to drain my energy.

I felt goosebumps all over my body when I thought about how I had acted. Even when I was married to Hayden, I never acted that cute.

After finishing my shower, I went to my bed when suddenly I heard the howling sound of the wind. I turned around to see the curtain of my window fluttering and the floor had water droplets on it.

Was it raining?

I walked to the window, intending to close it, when I saw a black wolf standing near my main door.

Rhett? It could be none other than him. What was he doing here? I noticed that his fur was drenched from the rain.

Concerned for his health, I took some towels and quickly went down to open the main door.

“Rhett!” I called out to him.
