**Location: S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier**

Nick Fury emerged from the meeting room, his face set in a grim expression after hours of tense discussions with the remnants of the World Security Council.

More than half of the council members were dead, exposed as Hydra agents, while some others were under investigation. Only three people left in the council.

The revelations had shaken the very core of the global political landscape. Governments were teetering on the edge of collapse, and the media storm was only making things worse.

What concerned Fury the most was S.H.I.E.L.D.'s own vulnerability. Eighty percent of Hydra's influence within the agency had been eradicated in a single night, but with it came the realization that Hydra had wormed its way into the heart of S.H.I.E.L.D. itself. The fact that so many of his trusted allies had been double agents chilled Fury to the bone.

Fury had been shocked when the first reports came in. The sudden destruction of Hydra's bases around the world seemed impossible—until he got the evidence. Hydra had been infiltrating S.H.I.E.L.D. for years, playing both sides.

But Fury's focus then shifted to the one who did this. He found a target far more dangerous then Hydra or any other organisations in the world.

That night's attack was surgical, precise, and devastating. There was only one person who could pull something like this off.

James Logan Howlett.

Fury had some conversation with Natasha late at nig6, but this wasn't just speculation anymore. After sifting through the evidence and hearing Natasha's recount of Logan's movements, Fury became certain.

Logan himself had been on a date with Natasha that night, but his pack, the Crimson Moon, was more than capable of dismantling an organization as vast as Hydra in a single night. That realization made Fury see Logan in a new, even more dangerous light.

Logan wasn't just powerful. He had influence that spanned governments, corporations, and military factions across the globe. He was the most dangerous man on the planet, and all it would take was a single decision from him to tip the scales of global stability, just as he'd done now.

As Fury walked through the helicarrier, deep in thought, he spotted Maria Hill waiting outside his office. Her expression was neutral, but there was an underlying tension in her stance. She could tell something had shifted.

"How did the meeting go, sir?" Maria asked, her voice professional but tinged with curiosity.

Fury sighed, rubbing his brow. "The worst-case scenario was shutting down S.H.I.E.L.D. completely. But I managed to keep it running, at least for now. We'll need to shift focus on the upcoming threats, more dangerous to an Hydra."

Maria tilted her head slightly, sensing that there was more. "What threats, specifically?"

Fury stopped just short of his office door and turned to Maria, his expression dark. "James Logan Howlett. I think it's time I meet him face to face."

Maria's eyes widened slightly. She'd heard enough about Logan to understand why Fury was so tense. He wasn't just another enhanced individual. Logan and his pack could alter the balance of power in ways even S.H.I.E.L.D. couldn't predict.

Fury entered his office, sitting down at his desk with a heavy sigh. He knew the gravity of what he was about to do. He picked up his phone and dialed a number, one he knew would reach Logan directly.

As the phone rang, Fury stared out the window at the vast expanse of the ocean, bracing himself for the conversation that could determine the future of S.H.I.E.L.D.—and possibly the world.

**Location: Mystic Falls, Steve and Peggy's House**

Steve Rogers sat in silence, staring at the television, which had been blasting news coverage for hours. The same sensational headlines played on repeat, detailing the unprecedented exposure of Hydra and the fallout that ensued.

Peggy Carter sat beside him, her eyes flickering between Steve's contemplative face and the screen, absorbing the weight of the situation.

Finally, unable to watch any longer, Peggy reached over and turned off the TV. "I think that's enough, Steve," she said softly, breaking the tense silence that had settled over them.

Steve let out a long, heavy sigh. "I don't know how to feel about this, Peggy," he admitted, running a hand through his hair in frustration. His blue eyes met hers, searching for understanding. "I thought we won. I thought we destroyed Hydra completely. But this... this is something very different."

Peggy placed her hand on his, intertwining their fingers. "But now it's done, Steve. There will be no Hydra from today," she reassured him, trying to infuse some optimism into the dark cloud hovering over them.

Steve was deep in thought, his expression troubled. "Give them a few more years, and they would have taken over the world right under our noses," he muttered, a hint of anger lacing his voice. "But now... See them die doesn't sit well with me."

Peggy's brow furrowed at his words. "A part of you wishes he didn't have to kill them all, doesn't it? He had all the evidence about them. He could have turned them all in."

Steve turned his gaze to a framed photo hanging on the wall, a snapshot from the war that seemed to hold a lifetime of memories. In it, he, Logan, Howard Stark, and Peggy stood together, smiles frozen in time. "I just hope he doesn't create another Hydra-like organization," he said quietly, a hint of concern creeping into his voice.

Peggy's eyes widened in surprise at Steve's doubts. "Steve, you don't really believe he could do something like that. He's our friend, and you know him better than anyone."

"I know about him, Peggy," Steve replied, his voice firm yet laced with worry. "He values his family more than anything. If something happens to them… He'll snap. That may lead to the worst possible outcome."

Peggy squeezed his hand, grounding him with her warmth. "Let's hope it doesn't come to that," she said gently, her voice a soothing balm to his anxious thoughts.

"Yeah, let's hope so," Steve echoed, though uncertainty lingered in his heart. The world had become a much more complicated place.

**Location: Tony Stark's Workshop**

In the dimly lit space of his Malibu mansion, Tony Stark was engrossed in his latest project. The clinks of metal and soft hums of energy filled the room as he worked on upgrading his suit.

His Mark 2 armor had been a success the night before, but now, as always, Tony was looking for ways to improve it. Perfection, after all, was never quite enough.

"Jarvis, increase the reactor's output by 2%," Tony said, his focus entirely on the gauntlet he was assembling.

"Certainly, sir. But I must inform you, there's something in the news you might want to see."

Tony raised an eyebrow. "Really, Jarvis? Is it more stock market drama or another celebrity wedding?"

"No, sir," Jarvis responded with a hint of urgency. "It's about Hydra."

Tony paused, putting down his tools. "Hydra? Didn't the old guys squash that bug decades ago?"

The screens surrounding him flickered to life, displaying various news feeds, all talking about the global takedown of Hydra.

Tony skimmed the headlines: HYDRA DESTROYED OVERNIGHT, GLOBAL CONSPIRACY EXPOSED, UNKNOWN FORCE STRIKES HYDRA?

His lips curled into a sarcastic smirk. "Well, looks like someone went full John Wick on Hydra's ass while I was sleeping. Jarvis, remind me to send a fruit basket to whoever did this."

"Would you like me to prepare one, sir?" Jarvis quipped back.

Tony chuckled, shaking his head. "Nah, just put their name on my Christmas card list. But seriously, whoever pulled this off—crashed governments, exposed Hydra agents everywhere, and took them down in one night? They've got style. Maybe they can get below me in terms of style."

"Shall I make inquiries into the identity of the group responsible?" Jarvis asked.

Tony leaned back, staring at the suit he was building. "No need. I've got a feeling I already know who it is. Only one man has both the motive and the power to pull this off."

His mind drifted to a certain Wolf guy. He knew that guy liked to keep things quiet, but this? This was loud, even for him. Tony sighed, rubbing his chin. "Looks like I'll need to give the wolf a call sooner rather than later. Can't have him running a global takedown without me getting involved."

**Location: Whitehaven, Logan's House**

In the grand hall of Logan's house, he stood next to Daisy, who was focused on her tablet. The light from the morning sun streamed through the windows as she finished receiving the latest reports.

"I want you to keep an eye on Obadiah Stane," Logan instructed, his voice steady. " If he's up to something, I want to know."

Daisy nodded, tapping a few commands before heading out to begin her surveillance. As she left, Selene came down the stairs, her hair tousled from sleep, a rare sight for someone as elegant as her.

Logan raised an eyebrow, his lips curling into a teasing smirk. "Now that's a look we don't see every day."

Selene rolled her eyes, snapping her fingers. Instantly, her appearance shifted, her hair smoothing out as she stood poised and immaculate once more. "Why did you insist I stay here last night?" she asked, crossing her arms over her chest. "Don't tell me the Big Bad Wolf has plans to eat me."

Logan's rolled his eyes and soon playful expression fell, replaced by a more serious tone. "Yesterday, I ran into some Wendigos. The Wendigo King mentioned something about being sent on a mission to kill me."

Selene's eyes narrowed as Logan continued. "He had a healing factor, reminded me of Victor. Something's off about this. You mentioned some other guys being created by Agatha and Romulus. Can you take a look into it."

"I'll look into it," Selene said, her voice thoughtful. "We'll need to investigate the bodies. Have them sent to Hank's lab."

"I already had Tom take care of that," Logan responded. "I need you and Hank to take a closer look. See what you can find."

Selene nodded and just as she was about to teleport away, her eyes flickered toward the stairs.

Logan followed her gaze to find Jean coming down, her face glowing with happiness. Before Logan could say a word, Jean leaped into his arms, pulling him into a deep kiss. He was momentarily caught off guard, but soon kissed her back with equal passion.

When they finally pulled apart, Logan blinked, breathless. "What was that for?"

Jean's face was radiant with joy. "I'm pregnant, Logan," she said, her voice filled with excitement. "You're going to be a father again. Phoenix confirmed it as she pulled me to the Phoenix Dimension and said the news."

Selene, still standing nearby, smiled knowingly. "It's not just the Phoenix that feels it. I can sense the life force growing within you. Congratulations, both of you."

Logan's serious demeanor melted away as he hugged Jean tightly, kissing her again with a deep sense of gratitude and joy. "Thank you, Jean," he whispered, a smile spreading across his face.

The room seemed to fill with warmth as the three of them shared in the moment, the chaos of the world outside temporarily forgotten in the joy of new life.

They all smiled, the future already looking brighter.
