Chapter 10: Villains VS Heroes

Slowly villains started coming out of the black portal.

"Is this like the entrance exam where's the lesson already started?" Kirishima asked.

"Don't move!" Aizawa ordered. He put on his goggles. "Those are villains."

Hearing Aizawa the class flinched, they watched the outpour of hundreds of villains from the portal.

"There's no way they could get into a hero school," Kirishima said. Everyone wore scared expressions. 

"Teacher, what about the trespasser sensors?" Momo asked.

"We have them of course but..." Thirteen stopped midway.

"Did they only appear here or around the whole school?" Shoto asked and continued. "Either way, if the sensors are not responding that means they have a quirk that can do that." Shoto continued. "An isolated area separated from the campus. They might be fools, but they're not dumb."

"It seems like the surprise attack was carefully planned with some sort of goal in mind," Kazuki added.

This tensed everyone.

"Thirteen start the evacuation," Aizawa said. "Try calling the school, these villains even had something to counteract the sensors. Someone with a radio-wave-type quirk may be interfering."

"Kaminari you try contacting the school with your quirk too," Aizawa added.

"What about you sensei? Will you fight by yourself?" Midoriya asked, a worried expression plastered on his face. "With that many, even if you can erase their quirks, your fighting style is capturing after erasing the enemy's quirk."

'He's that knowledgeable with quirks?' Kazuki thought to himself. 'Can I provide some assistance though?' Kazuki thought.

All this time he never fought a villain, what happened when he was a child was one-sided and he caught the enemy off-guard. But facing one-on-one with an experienced villain, brought some sort of excitement to Kazuki's heart.

Unlike the faux villains who had some patterns in their fighting skills. A villain who can use their quirk and may have killed many people has a different type of combat skill.

'I want to try. I want to feel what it's like.' Adrenaline rushed to his veins. 

Unlike his classmates who had never faced a villain. Except Bakugo and Midoriya. Kazuki wanted to fight.

"You can't be a hero with just one trick," Aizawa said. "I'm leaving it to you thirteen." Aizawa jumped down, his bandages floating around.

'I want to, I want to!' Kazuki watched Aizawa battle the villains. He touched his racing heart. 'I want to fight.'

While the others followed thirteen. Kazuki stood watching the fight.

"Kazuki let's go!" Midoriya shouted at Kazuki. 

"You two hurry up!" Iida shouted at the two of them.

Midoriya followed Iida. He ran with the others, he looked back and Kazuki was still standing. "Kazuki!" He called out again.

"Go, I'll stay here," Kazuki said as he jumped down without delay.

"K-Kazuki!" Midoriya shouted.

Everyone stopped and turned back. 

"T-Thirteen, Kazuki is-" Midoriya halted. A black fog from the ground formed. 

Aizawa turned his head. 'Shoot, I blinked once, and the guy who looks like the most trouble got away...' Aizawa then noticed a figure descending. 'Kazuki? That brat!'

Aizawa kicked the villain's head. He turned around but was surrounded by the villains. 'Tch.'

Kazuki landed on the ground. He positioned his fingers, a wide smile on his face. "Come." He said boldly.

One of the villains rushed at him, using his strengthening quirk. "Die!"

Kazuki evaded the attack, he used his index finger to poke the villain's exposed back.

Bang!

"Gah!" The villain flew with great speed and rolled to the ground.

Kazuki glanced back at the hordes of villains. "Come at me!" A crazed smile plastered on his face.

'He's holding out well.' Aizawa wrapped one of the villains in his bandages. 'That kid.' Aizawa glanced at Kazuki who attacked with swift movements against the villains. 'I don't have to worry, it seems like he can handle himself.' Aizawa narrowed his eyes at the villains.

Meanwhile, the others were scattered all across the different disasters.

Thirteen looked at Iida. "It would be faster for you to run than for us to find that person."

"But it would be a disgrace as a class rep to leave everyone behind-"

Iida was cut off by Thirteen. "Use your quirk to save others."

Iida nodded and with Thirteen's help he used his quirk and ran through the door.

"Hey, is this all you've got?" Kazuki shouted at the villains surrounding him. "I thought you were villains? Why are you being pushed to the ground by a student?" Kazuki asked, he glared at the villains around him.

'This kid.' One of the villains tensed seeing Kazuki's bloodshot eyes.

"Tch. I had my hopes up, but you were just some useless villains." Kazuki sighed, and he positioned his fingers. "Useless, goddamn useless. I got excited thinking that you'd entertain me."

"Why you!" One of the villains with his whip-like quirk rushed at Kazuki. He extended his hair trying to capture Kazuki.

Kazuki dodged the whips, and with fast movements, he arrived at the back of the villain. "Useless." He used his fingers to poke the villain's back.

"Kahh!" The villain fell to the ground and lost consciousness.

'He only used his fingers!' One of the villains started to retreat. 'He didn't say anything about this kid!'

"Oi. Aren't you villains? Act like one and show me!" Kazuki rushed to the villains, he continued to use his fingers hitting each villain and knocking them unconscious.

'That kid he's holding out.' Aizawa from time to time would look behind to see if Kazuki was alright. But surprisingly Kazuki was holding out, he didn't even break a sweat.

'I knew it, that kid.' Aizawa remembered the clips of the practical exam. He saw Kazuki's potential. One of the best he has ever seen. From martial arts to his usage of his quirk, the kid had infinite potential. 

A smile rose on Aizawa's face. 'I wouldn't be surprised if the kid can become a powerful pro hero in the future.'

Aizawa's eyes were sore. But due to Kazuki's help, Aizawa didn't have to fight hordes of villains. 'He's got the power and skills.'
