ASHLEY’s POV
The ride to Lexington has been tremendously long. The car sped, and I saw all the old trees, houses, lanes, cafes, and buildings I was familiar with. I even saw my school back when I was in seventh grade.
Memories started playing in front of my eyes. Lexington was where Lily brought me after the divorce. Lexington changed me completely. I grew up here with absolutely no friends. Only Vernon. And I even forgot to call him or tell him I was going home.
