"Big Brother, you are so cool down there!"

Ash had just m returned to the stands behind him, and Molly was the first to come around him and say how good he was.

"Ash, you played much more defensively than your usual style, what are your plans next?" Brock asked about the next few strategy and Pokémon he was going to be using. After all, even he and Misty didn't know which ones Ash would be using this time since he kept it all inside of himself.

However, ash's smiled and said, "Plan? The plan is simple, of course I'm going to win the championship! As for Gary, you'll see what I do!"

In this battle, Ash had used his Snorlax to restrain Gary from the very beginning, and even dragged Blastoise to collide with his Venusaur's ultimate move. Although he was the one to get his Pokémon injured more, he still had the upper hand when it came to the number of Pokémon's and their individual strength. It was just that Gary's Blastoise was his strongest Pokémon by far.

"Ash has really grown a lot hasn't he? He thought a lot about the strategy of this game, and it is working very nicely. This battle is really a battle that I would not want to miss!" Professor Oak sincerely praised from his seat in the audience.

At the beginning of the second half, Ash took the lead in releasing his Pokémon, "Get ready for an absolute blast, let's show them, Blastoise!"

This is another Pokémon prepared by Ash to deal with Gary's Blastoise. Since it is a battle between old enemies, wouldn't it be perfect for the civil war of species between their own Blastoises to show off which one is stronger?

After Ash sent out his Blastoise at the beginning of the second half, which was even more impressive to look at then Gary's own Blastoise!

[NOTE: Ash's Blastoise is a little more stronger than Ash's Venusaur since he had trained more with Ash than Venusaur did. He also evolved much earlier so I made it like this. Anyway, enjoy the rest of the story.]

Although he knew that Ash had made great progress during his trip in the Johto Region, Gary never expected that the Pokémon in Ash's hands would become so powerful.

He gritted his teeth and said, "Come on, let's go Exeggutor!"

This is his last Pokémon in this battle!

"After Venusaur, Trainer Ash brought out his very imposing Blastoise, and Trainer Gary has brought out his last Pokémon, Exeggutor, to challenge!" The commentator was definitely very surprised and bitter; after all, Ash brought out two Royal Starters from the Kanto Region in one single match!

Moreover, he also used the Johto Region Region's Royal Starter Pokémon during the selection battles and the preliminaries!

Ash has such enviable luck!

"Exeggutor, Power Whip!"

Gary took advantage of the moment to launch an attack. Mega Drain is a Grass-type attack that is able to drain the opponents health and restore their own with it. The leaves on Exeggutor's head grew crazily, binding the sleeping Blastoise, and a large amount of physical strength began to be absorbed into its body!

Most of Exeggutor's previous injuries have been healed, and his physical strength has also been restored to the point that it looked like he wasn't even in the battle!

"Exeggutor, Solar Beam!"

"Dragon Pulse!"

A dragon shadow suddenly flew out of the vortex, and at this time Exeggutor's Solar Beam were finally able to be launched!

"Launch the Solar Beam!"

However, Dragon Pulse was now able to easily destroy Exeggutor's Solar Beam and hit Exeggutor right in its thick body!

"Exeggutor loses the ability to fight, Blastoise wins this round!"

This is all thanks to Dragon Pulse being boosted heavily by Ash-Blastoises Mega Launcher ability!

"Exeggutor, thank you, you did a great job!" Gary took back Exeggutor and watched the water vortex on Blastoise's body disappear without a trace, but the Blastoise inside seemed to be the same as before!

Now that all six of his Pokémon have appeared, among the few Pokémon that he still has fighting power, the only one that can compete with Blastoise is this one!

"Go, Scizor!" Gary still hesitated before throwing out Scizor's Poké Ball.

He knew that Ash also had a perfectly healthy Snorlax, and the only way to be able to fight against this human shield was by relying on the speed of Scizor!

But now, his only option was his Scizor, with both Magmar and Nidoqueen being countered by the still very healthy Blastoise.

What he is most worried about now is Ash's last Pokémon. Not to mention that, he still had his Houndoom and his Heracross that were probably already ready to battle once again. What he most worried about now was that Ash could bring his Houndoom back to defeat his Scizor that is very weak to Fire-type attacks.
