Preparation

As we walked back to the academy, the anticipation and excitement from Lise's sudden proposal for a date filled my mind. When we arrived at the door to my room, Lise turned to me with a playful glint in her eyes.

"I'll come to get you later at 8 pm," she said, leaning casually against the doorframe. "You have to look your best."

I raised an eyebrow, feeling a mix of curiosity and nervousness. "Where are we going?"

Lise shook her head, a teasing smile playing on her lips. "That's a surprise."

"Come on, give me a hint," I pleaded, trying to read her expression.

"Nope," she said, crossing her arms. "You'll just have to trust me."

"What should I wear, then?" I asked, feeling a bit anxious. "Is it formal or casual? Outdoors or indoors? Should I bring a jacket?"

Lise laughed, shaking her head. "Eileen, you worry too much. Just wear something that makes you feel confident and beautiful."
