Title - Timeskips 1
…
Abram, or in Hebrew Pronunciation, Avram, was a very wealthy man. Not wealth gotten out of inheritance, but wealth that solely belonged to him. After his immigration from Ur to Haran, he had managed to train a total of 300+ servants who tended to his livestock.
At the age of seventy, the man was still as vibrant as a man in his mid-twenties. One could say he had everything anyone could ask for in this time and age… all except one - a child.
Now, Abram was taking his usual walks around the outer areas of Haran when suddenly, dark clouds began to gather above him.
Abram looked up to the skies in confusion. This was because he was sure that the skies were clear and sunny moments ago and this phenomenon occurring right now was not normal.
However, Abram was not educated in things of the world to know what could've led to this, and even if he did, this was not something he could explain.
And so, picking up his pace, he made his way back to his housing. However, before he could go far, the rain began falling without so much as a drizzle or shower.
It just started with full force, and considering the terrain of the area he was in, walking around carelessly could lead to him being carried away by the water current.
Still, he couldn't stop walking since there was no place to hide from the rain, and soon, Abram slipped against a smooth stone on his path which he couldn't see due to the rain.
As soon as he slipped, the current of the rain swept him off his feet.
Abram struggled against the rushing water, but it was of no use. The currents were too strong, and he was quickly pulled away from the path and down a shallow ravine, his cries swallowed by the roaring rain.
As he tumbled down the ravine, his vision blurred by the relentless downpour, however, Abram felt a strange sense of calm wash over him. Despite the turbulence around him, he felt as though he was being guided… almost protected.
Finally, the currents deposited him onto a small, elevated plateau, safe from the immediate rush of water. Gasping for breath, Abram struggled to sit up, looking around to get his bearings. He was soaked through, his clothes clinging to him, and his limbs ached from the struggle.
And as though an illusion the rain stopped falling as the skies cleared up allowing the light from the sun to shine down on him once more..
"Do not be afraid, Abram," a soothing voice cut through his confusion. "I am the Lord your God, and have chosen you for a great purpose."
Abram's eyes widened in awe and fear. He had read of their God since his childhood and had made sure to walk in his ways, but to experience one himself was overwhelming. He bowed his head, trembling. "Lord, what would you have me do?"
'Motherfucker. I just told him not to be afraid.' A certain white haired God sitting on his office chair facepalmed as he thought.
Nonetheless, he continued. "Leave this land and your father's house, and go to the land that I will show you. There, I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing."
"I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you; and in you, all the families of the earth shall be blessed." He continued while projecting his presence towards the man.
Abram's mind raced, but the warmth of the divine presence gave him strength. "I will do as you command, Lord," he said, his voice steady with a sense of resolve.
"That is good. Go now, Abram, and fear not. For I am with you."
With that, the presence disappeared and Abram found himself alone on the plateau, the storm a mere memory. He took a deep breath, feeling a weight upon him, and began the journey back to his home, where his new path awaited.
…
"That was cool, I didn't know I could do that." Leucadius said excitedly like a child who just got a new toy. "How did you manage to project my presence all the way down to Earth?"
"[The Heaven's Gate capabilities are ever expanding. This was just a new perk.]" Aspect replied.
"Impressive. I can already imagine terrorizing a couple Gods and Demons with this new perk. I initially thought only my Voice could be sent over…This is neat." Leucadius said and rubbed his hands against each other.
"Alright! Locate Luci for me. Gotta give him a minor scare." Leucadius ordered.
"[I'm afraid that's impossible.]"
"Why's that?"
"[He's currently in Hell, the Domain of Mephistopheles. Projecting yourself over would be taken as a form of attack considering the disparity in Energy.]"
"Oh…Tsk. Whatever. Anyways, bring up the blueprints of the Divine System, I still have a lot of work to do on that." Leucadius immediately lost interest and turned to another pass time of his.
The Divine System. A system he got the idea of creating after Aspect had created a ranking System for the Gods.
Leucadius thought to create a World System based off of His friend, Velda-Nava's World System but he found that it was easier thought of than done.
Hala was his initial test subject, he wanted to know what Unique Skill she would awaken considering that her soul was twice as strong as a normal Angel.
The Holy Ones aside, she was the Arch-Angel with the most potential however, she lacked the Will to grow. Leucadius couldn't possibly force her to grow as growth needs to be desired in order to be achieved.
He has created the Sin, Virtue And Commandment Series, however they were still in their Nascent Stages. Of course their names were just names.
Pride, Lust, Sloth, Anger, Gluttony, Greed and Envy were Sins Series but who said they needed to be used to do sinful things?
The Justice skill that grants its wielder absolute authority and control over other beings, often through abilities such as domination and coercion could be used to do as much bad as it does good.
Wisdom provides unparalleled analytical and decision-making capabilities. It can process information at incredible speeds and offer strategic insights.
Purity has the power to purify and cleanse corruption. This skill can neutralize negative effects and restore purity to both objects and beings.
Courage enhances the user's physical and mental fortitude, granting them the ability to face any challenge without fear.
Patience grants its wielder resilience and endurance. It can extend the user's longevity and provide protection against prolonged hardships.
Charity grants healing and supportive abilities, enabling the user to assist and uplift others.
Humility suppresses arrogance and enhances the user's awareness and empathy. It is a telepathic skill focused on support rather than attack.
As for the Sin series, Pride grants the user immense self-confidence and power. It often includes abilities related to domination, enhancing the user's personal strength, charisma and influence.
Wrath enhances the user's combat abilities and rage-fueled power. It aids in unleashing devastating attacks and boosts the user's ferocity in battle.
Greed enhances the user's desire to acquire and control, often granting abilities related to accumulation and manipulation of energy and power.
Envy allows the user to replicate or steal abilities and traits from others. It often includes powers related to mimicry and adaptation.
Gluttony enables the user to consume and assimilate various forms of matter and energy. It grants the ability to absorb the power or attributes of consumed entities.
Not to be confused for Greed and Envy. Greed deals with accumulation which in the end, isn't the users, Envy deals with mimicry and Adaptation which can not exceed a certain limit and finally gluttony is all encompassing. No matter what is consumed, it becomes the users as long as their body can withstand it.
Lust enhances the user's charm and manipulative abilities. It can grant powers related to seduction, influence, and control over others.
Sloth grants the user immense defensive and regenerative capabilities, allowing them to endure prolonged periods of inactivity while maintaining their power at its peak.
As for the Commandments, Leucadius didn't even think of giving these skills to the Archangels but instead To the Principalities. They weren't
Commandment of Truth: Anyone who lies in the presence of the Commandment of Truth is rendered unable to speak. The curse forces honesty and can silence those who are deceitful.
Commandment of Love: Anyone who harbors hatred in the presence of the Commandment of Love loses their strength and will to fight. This commandment enforces a state of pacifism by suppressing malice.
Commandment of Repose: Anyone who fights in the presence of the Commandment of Repose will lose their youth. This commandment encourages rest and recuperation by punishing relentless combat.
Commandment of Peace: Anyone who kills in the presence of the Commandment of Peace will be severely injured or killed themselves. This commandment deters acts of violence and murder.
Commandment of Faith: Anyone who tells a lie in the presence of the Commandment of Faith is turned to stone. This commandment ensures honesty, with the penalty of petrification for deceit.
Commandment of Reticence: Anyone who kills in the presence of the Commandment of Reticence will have their time of life stolen, rapidly aging them to death. This commandment discourages violence by severely punishing those who take life.
Commandment of Piety: Anyone who turns their back on the Commandment of Piety is forced to obey and serve the commandment holder without question. This commandment enforces absolute loyalty and submission.
Commandment of Selflessness: Anyone who harbors selfish desires in the presence of the Commandment of Selflessness loses their memories and sense of self. This commandment enforces altruism by erasing the identity of the selfish.
Commandment of Patience: Anyone who feels impatient in the presence of the Commandment of Patience will be immobilized, unable to act. This commandment encourages patience by incapacitating those who are restless.
Commandment of Purity: Anyone who harbors impure thoughts in the presence of the Commandment of Purity will be cursed. This commandment promotes purity of mind by punishing those with impure intentions.
It was hard creating these Commandments but since they wouldn't fall into the hands of Beings lower than the Principalities, Leucadius felt it was alright.
He had thought of creating a special Hierarchy called; The Ten Commandments, but felt it was a waste of energy. Since the Principalities are spiritual beings who engage in spiritual things, He felt that the Ten Skills would serve them better.
…
"How is the creation of Other Unique Skills coming along?" Leucadius asked Aspect.
"[As you've ordered, the Seven Sin and Virtue Series are listed as SSS-Rank Skills. Creation of Unique Skills below that are coming along nicely. However they would be a twist.]"
"What twist?"
"[Holders of Unique Skills will be unable to upgrade theirs upon awakening it.]"
"Is that the twist?"
"[Negative. The twist is…The Energy required to Awaken may endanger the Holder if not awakened properly.]"
"Hmm. And you can't correct this?"
"[Negative, not even you, as the creator of this specific Human race can.]"
"Does it have something to do with the Cosmic Energy in them?"
"[Positive.]"
"Hmm. Welps, give them a warning system. Upon awakening, remind them of the risk, if they desire it so much as to risk their lives, then go ahead with it. I give you permission to act as the Voice of the World."
Leucadius said. The Skills were naturally created for his Angels and not for humans since Angels possess his energy while humans don't…yet.
"[... Understood.]"
"It's not like I'll be uploading this into their database anytime soon." Leucadius murmured to himself. He wasn't planning on doing anything of that sort now or in the far future…well in the perceivable far future.
According to the book of Fate, there will come a time when the time stream will be free of manipulation. When that time comes, he would launch the system.
