THIRD PERSON'S POV
The man massaged his forehead.
He didn't know if sending Alina here was the best decision anymore.
She was already mischievous as she was but now after this mission or whatever she calls it, she was turning into even more of a headache.
She was doing what she wasn't supposed to do for sure, and if the higher-ups heard about it, he would surely get into a problem on her behalf because it was his duty to keep a look out for her.
"Alina, I understand that you want to protect Valencia for our ultimate cause and keep her safe because she would be used for something entirely different that they can't even think about, but must you do all this and risk our positions?" The man asked.
Alina, who was walking towards the exit of the forest, scoffed at the man.
"I don't think my position is exactly in trouble. You should worry about yourself," She grinned and he sighed.
Wasn't that exactly his point?
