In the Preaching Hall adorned with exquisite murals, Marvin listed the terms of the contract one by one. As more Supernatural Races joined the Church, various procedures and documents had to be formalized, no longer relying on verbal agreements as in the past.

The Church's scribe Friars quickly drafted the contract documents on the spot, adding the special requests of the Supernatural Races to the previous template. Each Supernatural Race required different things and put forward different demands.

For example, the Serpent Tribe, Babas demanded that Humans must not interfere with their life, and their core habitat is off-limits to Humans without permission. At the same time, the Serpent Tribe has its own set of laws, which the Church must not meddle in.
