"Brother, you're thinking too much. I still don't fold blankets. Jiang Yexun folded them for me, saying that I'd be more comfortable leaning against the blankets on the heated bed," Su Xiaoxiao explained with a blush and a small voice.
Su Hongchen's expression stiffened, then he frowned at the young girl beside him, unsure of what to say.
Su Xiaoxiao grinned at him with a silly smile.
"Never mind, just take me to Jiang Yexun's room," Su Hongchen said helplessly.
Su Xiaoxiao then led him to the room next door. Opening the door, they saw a clean and tidy room. Apart from two boxes on the desk, likely old items bought from the Beijing Antiquities Bureau, there wasn't much extra stuff in Jiang Yexun's room. However, there were signs of someone living there: a still-damp towel, a floor that was evidently just mopped, and a junior high school textbook turned face down on the desk.
"You're still studying?" Su Hongchen raised an eyebrow, surprised.
