This Dragon King was none other than the North Sea Dragon King, Ao Shun.

"Little Dragon pays his respects to Marshal Xuantan Sea Assembly!"

Upon entering the hall, Ao Shun advanced to the front of the platform and performed a grand salutation.

"Dragon King, rise from your salutation."

Yibai glanced over and spoke.

"Thank you, Grand Marshal!"

Ao Shun expressed his gratitude.

"Dragon King, have you come to seek me out for some important matter?"

Yibai, seated at the upper end, asked in a gentle voice.
