Team Guy

I looked at the girl in front of me who looked like chun li rip off. For some reason she was looking at me like a little girl looking at her friend who has gotten better looking doll than herself.

Team Guy has just reached the land of wave full stop after his hearty reunion with his life long rival, both the teachers introduced ourselves to each other.

Naruto and Lee hit off with each other immediately. It was really relieving that Lee was not persuading me to be with him.

Because of their hyper active nature Naruto and Lee got along very fast. Although Naruto was not loud as Lee, but it didn't change the fact that both of them have the most stamina in each of their team. Both of them are the best in taijutsu in each of their team.

Not to mention because of Hinata's influence Naruto was not acting like a total idiot. So Naruto and Lee became friends very fast.

But the same cannot be said for Sasuke and Neji. At first for some reason Neji well glaring at Naruto. But then his anger shifted to Sasuke. Both are the top graduates of their own class. But none of them are getting along with each other. Sasuke's Pride was not allowing him to start a friendly conversation. And the 5 m long pole which was inside Neji's ass, has helped him reached such heights that it was a habit of him to looking down on anyone else who doesn't belong to Hyuga clan. And because of that the cold war between two of the geniuses started by glaring at each other. Which might explode to full blown war.

Then there is finally Tenten. While both Neji and Lee we are mostly similar to canon, Tenten was a little different. Unlike the Tenten from anime, this one has ripped muscles all over her body. She has her signature panda buns over her head. She was wearing a Chinese style combat dress for women. But without any pants, her ripped thighs made her look like a chun li rip off. Now that I remember, Lee has told me that after his graduation, he got a new team member who is very much like him. He never went into details but the person was very hard working. Maybe for some reason, Ms chun li rip off took the training from Guy sensei.

Well I knew that this is not the canon so I didn't care. But I needed to start a conversation. But I didn't know how to exactly start a conversation with another girl except for Ino.

"Umm-hello ? I am Haruno Sakura ?"

'Ungh ! Why did I said it like I was asking a question ?'

"I am Tenten.

I heard that you are the most prodigious medic nin after Tsunade sama. ?" She asked me.

"Huh ? Who told you that ? I was good with Chakra control and I didn't want to fight in frontline so I enrolled early to get an apprenticeship in the Leaf hospital. That is all. Tsunade sama is a combat medic nin.

And why are you looking me like that ?" I asked looking at her eyes. I tried to make the conversation as normal as possible.

"Is that so ? *sigh* I wish I would have good with Chakra control like you." Tenten finally sighed and stopped glaring at me.

"You know I always wanted to be legendary like Tsunade sama.

I couldn't become legendary like her in the field of medical ninjutsu.

But then Guy sensei told me that she could break mountains with a single punch. So I went to follow after that path under the guidance of Guy sensei."

'Ummm I was not asking your life history.' I thought to myself as Tenten told me her story.

But this made sense now. In canon, Tenten's will was not strong enough. Guy had told her about Tsunade's super strength and her achievements. But she thought that it would be impossible for her to achieve those things without proper chakra control. So she opted for the next thing guy showed her. Summoning. And because she didn't have a summoning contract, she decided to summon weapons and use them and her fight.

But this time it seems that she was head strong enough to follow Guy's path of breaking mountains.

But when I was busy thinking, Tenten started a conversation.

"You use daggers ?"

"I don't have any special offensive or defensive technique except for my medical ninjutsu, and a little knowledge over fuinjutsu . So I have picked up this chakra dagger to help me fight." I answered explaining to her. But I didn't want the conversation to end there so I added my own question.

"So you specialise in taijutsu ?"

"Yeah ! Guy sensei found a special style for me that would suit my body. But I also have some proficiency in sealing."

We talked to each other as the bridge builder did his job. It would be two more days before the work is finished. And I can't wait to go back to the leaf.

Hopefully nothing goes wrong now that we have reinforcements.
