[Third Person's PoV]
Lucian returned to the Hermes cabin, deep in thought. 'Why would he tell me something like that? Dionysus isn't stupid, so why? Does he want me to harbor resentment towards the gods and take action?
No, that doesn't seem likely; after all, I'm still just a little kid. But I can't completely rule out that possibility. Does he want me to owe him a favor or something?'
Lucian sighed as he arrived back to Annabeth, who was observed staring at an empty space a few feet away from the Hermes cabin.
She had a pencil in front of her, her tongue sticking out to the side, and an eye closed, before nodding her head and going back to writing in her book.
Lucian decided that just thinking about it wouldn't get him anywhere, so he dropped it and approached Annabeth.
When Annabeth noticed him, she smiled and then asked, "Good, you're here. So, did you get permission? I'm close to being done."
Lucian looked at Annabeth in surprise, "Already? I thought it would have taken you longer."
Annabeth's chest swelled with pride, "It's thanks to my mother being Athena, known for being the Goddess of crafts. When I started drawing my ideas, without me noticing, my hands quickly followed what my mind was thinking and already drew everything I had in mind."
"I see… well then, yes, I did get permission. Chiron said I was allowed unless it affected the integrity of the camp," Lucian explained, leaving out the part of Zeus wanting him dead.
'She doesn't need to know about it… at least not yet since it wouldn't do or solve anything,' Lucian thought as he finished explaining.
Lucian then looked at the spot Annabeth was analyzing with a raised eyebrow, "So, this is the place you chose?"
Annabeth nodded confidently, to which Lucian nodded as well. Annabeth then showed Lucian her book and what she had drawn.
"Oh wow, that looks amazing," Lucian said in amazement, almost immediately falling in love with the design.
"Really? You're not just saying that because we're friends, right?" Annabeth asked with a bit of excitement in her tone and skepticism.
"If I hated it, I would have told you straight up. I'm going to be living there after all. If I hated it, I wouldn't want to live there," Lucian said, rolling his eyes, which caused Annabeth to blush slightly.
"I just need to fix a few minor details. In the meantime, try getting the materials you would need out," Annabeth said before fully immersing back into her book, her hands almost turning into a blur as she started writing and drawing.
Lucian went towards the middle of the place Annabeth pointed to and summoned his scythe before turning it into a bo staff.
Lucian twirled it around his body for dramatic effects before slamming it into the ground, sinking it slightly.
He then closed his eyes, summoning all the things underground that he needed. First, he summoned obsidian from around the area and slowly started turning them into liquid, shaping them into the form of wooden logs to give the cabin a log cabin feel.
Lucian was brought to his knees when he first made a group of them, using mostly all of his energy.
Annabeth ran towards Lucian with worry, "Are you okay? Do you need me to call Chiron?"
Lucian, breathing heavily, waved his hand, "No, there's no need. This is just really exhausting. I need to take breaks in between."
Lucian leaned against the obsidian logs he made, taking a moment to rest and recuperate his energy.
"You don't need to push yourself; we don't have to finish this in one day, you know," Annabeth said, looking at Lucian with concern.
Lucian shook his head in denial, "I want to finish this quickly. I don't want to spend forever just building it."
Annabeth sighed, already accustomed to Lucian's impatient attitude. She sat beside him, continuing to draw and write in her notes. Meanwhile, Lucian rested, leaning his head back onto the logs. Once he felt a sufficient amount of his energy return, he got back up and repeated the process, resting in between, until later in the day.
Annabeth approached Lucian carrying what appeared to be a cube and a cup, "Here," she said, presenting him the cube.
"It's not that I don't appreciate the gift, but what is it?" Lucian asked, looking at it in confusion.
"It's the healing god food and drink used in emergencies when demigods are seriously hurt. Ambrosia will cure almost any injury, although too much can make a demigod feverish and kill mortals.
You were supposed to have eaten some earlier, but the kid dropped it when you woke up. This should heal up all of your wounds now and restore your energy."
A look of realization came over Lucian as he nodded his head and consumed them.
When he finished, he smiled, a smile filled with a hint of sadness, "What does it taste like for you? I heard it's supposed to taste like food that brings you good memories," Annabeth couldn't help but ask when she saw Lucian's expression.
"It tastes like birthday cake, the ones my mother used to make for me… Anyway, I better get to work."
Lucian turned towards all the materials he conjured and smirked, summoning his two cyclops.
He showed them Annabeth's notes, "Here! I want you to follow these instructions when building the cabin with these materials."
Lucian then thought of something else, summoning his Hydra Vine, "Have him create vines which you can use as thick ropes to hold the building together."
Lucian also asked some more of his shadow soldiers to help in any way they could. Little by little, the shadow soldiers started building, attracting the attention of some campers.
They couldn't help but be impressed and jealous as they watched the cabin come close to completion.
Annabeth couldn't help but be overcome with Pride, this was her creation, something she made, something that came to be because of her.

"Like I said it's beautiful" Lucian said when he saw the cabin was finally made. Annabeth nodded her head, agreeing. Her work was really beautiful after all.
Luke, Thalia, and Grover soon appeared, "We heard people talking about a building being made, when we heard it was complete we couldn't help but come and check it out, knowing it had to do with you guys" Thalia said, putting a hand on Annabeth's and Lucian's shoulder.
Thalia rubbed Annabeth's head with a large smirk on her face when she saw Annabeth's smug expression, "I could only assume you were the one that came up and designed something like this.
Knowing Lucian he would have probably designed it to be something grandiose, people a large dark castle or something stupid like that"
Lucian shrugged his shoulders, "I can't say I didn't think about, I was even thinking of putting it next to yours and have it be overshadowing it, but I like the cabin design, it reminds me of home"
"So you decided that it would overshadow mine instead? Geez man thanks" Luke said with a small smile clearly joking.
To which Lucian teasing him back, "Yup since your cabin is the one filled with the most demigods, it's a lot easier for everyone to see and brag about it to their faces"
Thalia scoffed, "For some reason I wouldn't put it past you"
"Why thank you, now let's go and check the inside" Lucian said walking up confidently with the others following close behind as they entered the cabin…
