Chapter 9:Shall we

"At least I'm not in charge of the project I got bigger problems". Donald said focusing on his food .

"I still need one of you to help me I can't do it alone ".Deborah said looking at her siblings.

" well I'm only nineteen .I wont be of much help .I'm just good at designing I will just sketch. You guys will do the rest since you are the engineers". Isabella said sipping on her juice.

" Then I guess Stephen you are going to help me , Donald I know you having relationship problems we all have those ,so we you in the project,thank you ". Debra said while keeping a straight face .

"wait you are in a relationship hahaha".  Isabella laughed.

" You didn't tell me though". Mrs harrison seemed surprised, her brothers just looked at each other with raised eyebrows.

"Well I'm dating her but she's not dating me, she said we can be friends, mainly because we started off on the wrong foot and I've been busy today .I couldn't reply to her texts and calls. I'm sure she hates me now".

" Well where there is a flame someone is bound to get burnt. I hope you genuinely love her .I know you sis". Isabella said.

" I agree with Bella". Stephen said .

"Urgh! mom can you hear your children". Deb said with a little pout..... "Please the four of you!, Debra we all know how your relationships end, but I know you changed. And I can see you love her by the way your eyes sparkled when you mentioned about your friendship .I pray it works out ".Mrs Harrison said while holding Debra's hand.

" I'm sure you all done eating ,boys you clean up this room. Girls you will wash the dishes and clean up the kitchen, don't use my dishwashing machine it was expensive. Mrs Harrison said heading upstairs to her room.

" can you believe this woman . I got my nails done yesterday ,urgh ". Bella said facepalming herself in frustration .

"Let's get to work. I want to sleep early". Donald said removing his jacket getting ready to clean.

Mrs Harrison raised her children in a strict manner they were spoiled yes ,but they all did chores.

In the morning Mr Harrison informed Debra that his business partner Mr Aries's daughter wants to be taught how to paint. Debra knew her dad was up to something. Mr Aries's daughter Clarissa and her once were  in a talking stage but Clarissa liked playing hard to get ,so Debra ended up blocking her on all her social media accounts and moved on she knew this might be a set up because the Clarissa she knows doesn't give up.

So she will be here around five p.m. Since your mom said you are going to be here". Mr Harrison added .Debra felt defeated .

"sure I'll be here ". She answered while focusing on her cereal.

Tech heaven was busy than usual today, computers were buzzing ,the workers were all over the place. No one got a chance to take a tea break as they were all informed that a new project was going to start soon. Some of the workers were moved to the warehouse since most gadgets had to be sold with immediate effect ,so that they won't disturb the flow of the project . It was almost time to knock off, lean sat nervously at her desk , glancing at the clock every now and then.  Trinity was due to pick her up any minute from now.

She was nervous on how this date was going to turn out considering that they had met on a dating site.  When the clock struck five thirty Lean went to the ladies rest room and changed into a classy short dress with a slit and tied her hair and wore red lipstick. Making her look more beautiful. She had to forget about her night with Debra, they were just friends and last night was a moment of weakness. When lean went back to collect her laptop bag she heard the guys whistling . "Whose the lucky guy ". Theo her colleague asked . "Well no one . it's just a friendly dinner". Lean said heading to the exit of the door .

When she stepped out she was mesmerized by a wide smile she saw . There she was the person she had been waiting for. Trinity's smile was so enchanting ,her eyes sparkled with curiosity .

"Lean?". She asked extending her hand Lean smiled as she walked over to her, as she was standing in front of her blue Ford ranger.

" Yes that's me" lean chuckled . When their hands touched Lean felt shivers being sent down in her spine.

" shall we" Trinity said opening the door for lean in a romantic way . Lean's colleagues watched smiling.
