Chapter 44- Deal

The man walked up to Tru and face came into view. He was about a foot shorter than Tru, with a head full of brownish red hair with a full beard to match. His face was stern but his eyes had a softness to it like a large bear.

"So I take it you were that gave her the Zil the other night?" asked the man with a stern expression. Tru eyed the man carefully before nodding to his question. The pair of men stood there staring at each other as the room grew tense.

Suddenly Marslia came over and tugged on the man's arm, getting his attention. He looked down to see Marslia giving him a scowllding look.

"Now Daddy don't be rude to him. He's here to help us out! Plus he's my friend! Isn't that right?!" asked Marslia as her and her father both looked at Tru.

He smiled and said "Yes Marslia that is correct." he then turned back to Marslia's father who still looked at him with suspicion.

The latter eventually lowers his guard and let out a big sigh.

"Sorry bout that, just thing have been tense round here. I ain't gone say life has been the easiest but it's been much better than as of late." said the man as he sat down in front of the fire.

"Names Tyrion. Tyrion Greystone and I own and operate the Vinswill smithy. For now at least." he spoke with a glum tone while Marslia ran over and gave him comfort.

"I'm Tru Lee, nice to meet you." said Tru as he used Ifrit's Mana Soul.

Tyrion gave Tru a glance as if he knew that he used Ifrit's Mana Soul to see his information, but the former said nothing about it. He just went back to staring at the fire

"So Tru, what brings ya into my shop today? Anything out front catch ya fancy? Ahahahaha!" laughed Tyrion but he looked up at Tru who chcuckled nervously in return.

"Ahem, I'm here to communism for a weapon, a short sword to be more exact." replied Tru as he open his Magical Pouch. He dumped a massive amount of materials from Yellow Eaters all the way up to an Albino Direwolf.

Tyrion's eyes grew wide as the like of materials fell off the pile it grew so large. Even Marslia's jaw was dropping wide before she looked to her father. "See Daddy I told you he was rich!" yelled Marslia who began jumping around the shop joyfully.

"Why did you dump everything out?" asked Wrath as Tyrion shifted through the materials. "He could lie and say that all of this will cover the cost of one short sword. Bet you didn't even think of that."

"I don't really care, just like I told you before with the Zil. I will always get more." retorted Tru. Tyrion stood up with a few materials in his hand including the dire wolf fang and hide.

"By Greystone's beard, you have a lot of materials." said Tyrion. "Though half of them are botched and useless but these here will do, and you said you want a short sword right?"

"Yes that's correct" replied Tru.

"Hmmmm" grumbled Tyrion as he stroked his beard. "What do you really want, and I know you didn't come here just for a sword. So what is it?" questioned Tyrion.

"You think ya can just walk right in 'ere flaunting your money and materials and think that I wouldn't see right through ya?!" yelled the short man. He is pale skin grew red as he clutched his hammer but Tru didn't move at all.

He placed his hammer right on his chest and looked him in the eye. "So I ask ya again, why're you 'ere, boy?" coldly asked Tyrion.

Tru sighed and fell onto a chair, sitting down. He raised his hands in defeat and gave a weak smile. "Fine you got me you got me, I am in need of a blacksmith…for…personal reasons.

" And what might those be?" asked Tyrion with a raised eyebrow. Tru answered his question with a smile before standing up.

"You make this weapon for me and I'll tell you whatever you want to know. Believe me when I say I'm NOT doing this out the kindness of my heart. So will you make the sword or not?" asked Tru, his amber eyes peering into Tyrion's.

Seeing the glow from the fire in Tru's eyes caused him to take a step back. It was as if he was being stared at by a predator who wanted nothing more than to filet his flesh. He swallowed hard before turning back to the table.

"Ye, we have a deal. Just one question where are all the Magic stones? It's going to be hard to make a weapon without some." proclaimed Tyrion cause Tru to rub his head in nervousness.

"Don't worry about that I can get some more, just give me an hour or so." said Tru as he quickly stood up and began heading towards the door.

"WAIT!" said Tyrion causing Tru to stop in his tracks. The latter turned to see the blacksmith staring back at him.

"There's no need to wait so long. Matter of fact there's a pack of White Wolves lead by a pain-in-my-ass of a Direwolf just a few minutes outside of town. Kill them AND bring back the stones and you've got a deal." said Tyrion to which Tru nodded quickly before turning back around.

"THATS NOT INCLUDING THE FEES AND THE FACT THAT YOU SAID YOUD HELP US! A MAN ALWAYS KEEPS HIS WORD!" yelled Tyrion as Tru walked out waving him off.

Marslia looked at Tyrion as he began throwing the items down in the smelter. "Daddy do you think he really will help us?" softly asked Marslia.

Tyrion stopped and stroked her hair before kissing her forehead. "It's had to tell sometimes sweetie. It's hard to trust a stranger, even harder to trust a demon." said Tyrion with a chuckle.

"A Demon?! Daddy Tru is no demon, he's a friend! He said he would help and you said just now a man always keeps his word!" yelled Marslia loudly that people outside the shop stopped and looked.

Tyrion nodded before returning back to the smelter. He gestured his head to the outside. "Why don't you go down to the market and get us something to eat for dinner, huh sweetheart?" asked Tyrion ever so sweetly.

"Of course daddy I'll pick something we all like!" exclaimed Marslia.

"We?" asked Tyrion.

"Yes we daddy! Tru is gonna eat with us too!" yelled Marslia. Before Tyrion could refute she was leeway racing out the door wit it a se one thought.

The blacksmith just shook his head as he watched the materials melt and conjoin into one. He tended the flame carefully as he threwni n the last pieces.

"Just what would a Ifrit want with a blacksmith?" pondered Tyrion, his eyes never leaving the fire.

"Are you really going to tell Tyrion about Blasphemy?" asked Wrath as Tru made his way to the wall surrounding the town. He effortlessly jumped over it and walked into the forest.

"Two things. First yeah I am going to tell him, I do need his expertise. Secondly, I find it funny you remembered his name." jokingly said Tru as he made his way through the Emerald Forest.

"Tsk I can't be bothered to remember every low born person's name but Tyrion worships the Old Gods so we have something in common.

"Hmph." said Tru "I guess you're right about that, no harm in a base of familiarity." He used Blasphemy and cleared out several trees and shrubs.

"Wait" said Wrath.

"What is it now?" annoyingly asked Tru.

"You'll need a steady blacksmith to see about your new weapon. I say it's best to use the same one instead of a new one each time." explained Wrath.

Tru stopped and stared at the the sky. "Hmm again your right but I think I can convince him to join up with me or at least hire him." said Tru when he used Ifrit's Mana Soul and saw traces of Aero Mana.

"And if you aren't able to convince him then what?" asked Wrath.

"Then I take his daughter and force him to work for me."
