Chapter 88

"Where were you all day?" He said, his breath hot against Claire's neck as he spoke, "I missed you." 

Claire hesitated, her hand hovering over the door, before she withdrew it. "Let go of me." 

"What?" 

"I said, let me go," she repeated. With a shrug of her shoulders, she finally felt his hand release his grip. 

She turned around and faced Raymone. 

"Why are you angry?" he inquired. 

"How many fucking times have I told you to never back hug me like this?" she said. "What if Javier or Esther see this? What will they think?' 

Raymone looked at her with a confused look. He put his hand on his waist. "I understand you not wanting Esther to know, but why Javier?" he questioned. "I mean, Javier would be happy for us. Why don't you want him to know?" 

"Do I need to explain to you why he does not need to know?" she retorted. "I just don't want anyone meddling in my business."
