69 - A Second Crater

Lucian and Ava were now back at the top of the cave. They had no real way of finding Alex. The only possible way that Lucian had thought of was looking in the skies, trying to see a dragon. But that would mean Alex had angered a dragon, which wasn't a good situation to begin with.

However, luckily for Lucian, he couldn't see anything in the skies. No one was currently fighting a dragon from the looks of it.

*BOOM!*

'Ah…maybe I spoke too fast.' 

A huge explosion was heard a few hundred meters away from their position. Lucian knew it would be related to Alex without even being there. He had probably gotten badly hurt.

Lucian knew they wouldn't arrive in time, even if they ran. It was way too long of a distance to reach it.

"Ava, could you get us closer to that sound?"

"I-I'll try, Luci!"
