"Where are we going?"

Calix's plan of taking her out to eat intrigued Leslie. She couldn't help but ask when the car passed the second traffic light they met along the way.

Leslie's question curved a grin on Calix's lips. Briefly taking a look at her, he responded in a low tone, sounding a bit conspiratorial, "You'll be surprised. I won't tell you. Wait until we get there."

Leslie blinked, her eyes caught the sight of Calix's snickering. Smiling in helplessness, she shrugged.

Where were they heading that made him so secretive? 

"Okay, I'll just wait until we arrive there," replied Leslie, half-shrugging. The man's laughter deepened her smile.

Calix and Leslie left Xu International before three. The traffic was decent because it was not the peak hour yet. In less than half an hour, they reached their destination.
