Grandfather

It was a heartwarming reunion between a grandfather and his grandson in the men's toilet of a high school.

Upon learning that the man is his grandfather, Lenin looks towards him, thinking, "I haven't noticed earlier, but despite his rough exterior, there's something oddly familiar about him. He looks just like me, only older, with the same hairstyle, except his hair is white. I don't want to trust him, but my heart says I should."

"Hey, old guy, tell me the color Dad loved the most," Lenin says hesitantly.

Polin replies with a smile, "So, you want to test me, huh? Very well. It was gray. You probably don't know that because Ronen died before you were born."

Lenin contemplates, "He's right. Hey, I'm able to move now."

"If you are my grandpa, you are supposed to be dead, and shouldn't you be an old man even if you are alive?"

"It's a long story. Shortly, I'm special. People like me have a long lifespan, so we have to fake our death after a certain amount of time," Polin explains.

Lenin, not understanding a single thing, retorts, "Quit bluffing already."

"Shut up and listen; some bad guys are after me, and I need your help to get rid of them," Polin appears serious.

Lenin asks, "What? How can I help? I'm just a kid. Go to the police or something."

"You can see me, so you're not an ordinary kid, and since we are blood-related, there is an advantage," Polin says.

Lenin, still bewildered, exclaims, "What the hell are you talking about?"

"If you don't believe me, open the door."

Lenin opens the door, and a student weirdly looks at him, saying, "Hey weirdo, done talking to your girlfriend?"

"I wasn't," Lenin begins to say.

"Oah, he can't see or hear him at all."

"See. Now let's go somewhere you can talk," Polin suggests.

On the roof, Lenin stands as if alone, and Polin sits beside him.

"So, you want my body for a certain time. And by simply touching my head, you will be able to control my body," Lenin states.

Polin confirms, "Yes."

"It was a good, normal day until I got kicked out of class," Lenin reflects.

With a deep breath, Lenin proposes, "Fine, I will help you, but you have to help me with the exams. How about it?"

"Okay then. It's a deal," Polin agrees.

"When do you need my body, by the way?" Lenin asks.

"Now," Polin responds, putting his hand on Lenin's head, causing him to fall asleep immediately.

When he opens his eyes, Lenin finds himself in his room. Confused, he thinks, "What time is it?wait a moment. I'm not exhausted at all. I can't remember the last time I had a sound sleep. What! It's school time again. What the hell was he doing all this time?"

"Don't worry, I have managed everything," Polin reassures, standing behind him.

"So, mission accomplished?"

"No."

"Whatever, just don't forget about our deal."

"Lenin, breakfast is on the table."

"Coming, Mother," Lenin replies loudly.

Feeling energetic, Lenin decides, "Gonna head out to school. You tagging along?"

"Yes," Polin answers.

Polin looks at him and thinks, "Of course, I am coming with you, Lenin. Because today is the day they will come to take your life."
