Alyysia left the room and headed towards her own room while pondering, "Why would someone create false gods? To control people?"
Lost in thought, Alyysia accidentally bumped into someone; it was Felix. Felix was on his way to prepare for tomorrow's hunt.
Seeing Alyysia looking distracted, Felix sensed that something might be wrong and asked with concern, "Are you okay, Alyysia? Is there a problem?"
Alyysia waved both of her hands in a reassuring manner and said, "No, no, I don't have any problems. I was just lost in thought..."
Noticing that Alyysia seemed troubled, Felix thought she might be hiding something and clenched his fist, saying, "If someone is bothering you, you can tell me. I'm always here to help."
Alyysia, seeing other servants around, bowed respectfully and spoke, "Your Highness, if you continue to look at me like this, rumors may circulate because of me, and I wouldn't want that to happen. If anything like that occurs, it would truly sadden me because I cannot bear someone speaking ill of you."
The surrounding servants continued their activities as if nothing unusual had happened because Alyysia appeared to be expressing the wishes of the Crown Prince.
Felix's face lit up with a smile, and he said, "Don't worry, I will tear out the tongues of everyone who spreads these rumors!"
Alyysia's heart raced, and in response to these words, she leaned in even more, stammering, "Uh-uh, well..."
Noticing Alyysia's panic, Felix realized how adorable she looked and, before entering his room, said, "When I see something sweet, I crave something sweet. Can you bring me some sweet treats?"
"I'll bring them right away."
As Alyysia quickly left to fulfill Felix's request, Felix couldn't help but chuckle, entering to examine the documents in his room.
A few minutes later, Alyysia entered Felix's room with a tray of sweets, still wearing a shy smile.
Setting the tray of macarons on the table as per Felix's request, Alyysia sat down. Felix put aside the papers in his hand, leaned his elbow on the table, rested his face on his hand, and smiled affectionately at Alyysia.
As Alyysia's face blushed even more, she took one macaron and started nibbling on it in small bites. While she ate, Felix's smile became even more delightful. Later, Felix sweetly raised one eyebrow, and in the midst of an awkward silence, Alyysia spoke.
"The Crown Prince has a request for me, is that why he's looking at me like that?"
"How did I tell you to address me?"
Alyysia, lowering her head, finished the last macaron in her hand before speaking.
"Felix."
Felix nodded approvingly and made a sound, "Hmm."
This peculiar shy ceremony continued until Alyysia was satisfied. As Alyysia was about to leave, Felix reminded her.
"There will be a festival tomorrow in honor of the hunting god. We'll depart near sunrise, so go and prepare your things."
Alyysia stood up, and as she was about to leave, Felix hugged her from behind. Later, he whispered in her ear.
"Tomorrow, take good care of yourself, okay?"
Completely blushing, Alyysia stuttered due to the warmth of Felix's body.
"Y-y-yes, please take care of yourself too."
Later, Felix let her go, and Alyysia hurriedly ran out of the room. Felix, laughing, took a seat at the table with a big smile on his face, and his ears were bright red.
Felix entered the shower to cool down his body, and the sound of water began to be heard. Meanwhile, Mary felt a slight warmth in her body, feeling a bit lightheaded. Mary wasn't too concerned about the hunting business; she just wished for Felix and Alyysia not to get injured and to grow closer.
As Mary contemplated the creation myth of this world, she began practicing moving her left arm and right index finger. When the water stopped, she ceased her movements.
It was already Saturday night; Felix had already left, handing over his hunting gear to Valnric and his personal belongings and clothes to Alyysia. Riding his golden embossed brown carriage, Felix departed from the palace with guards by his side. Additionally, there was a man who, despite not carrying any weapons like Mary had seen in the church, emitted a more intimidating aura than all the guards. He stood closest to the carriage.
Mary, being the only one left in the room, continued her training.
