"Will you quit glaring at me like that," an irked Kaoma stated.
Maxixe just sat there staring at her and she wished he would just open up to her and get whatever it he wanted to say off his chest.
After a few moments passed Maxixe muttered, "Kaoma don't you ever collapse on me like that again my heart can't take it. Now that we have a son you need to take better care of yourself. I never want to experience that stark terror again, do you hear me Kaoma?"
How do you respond to a statement like this?
This coming from someone with the reputation of being a bloodthirsty fairy who lately was always sick or being patched up after fighting.
Maxixe had yet to say the words she most wanted to hear from him, why did he keep fighting it, calmly she asked him.
"So why were you so terrified?" prodded Kaoma, trying to hint at what he refused to admit to himself, she held her breath as she awaited his answer.
